We came in at 7:30pm, the restaurant was very busy however the atmosphere was great and the waiters definitely did not disappoint. Our drinks order was taken and brought to us very quickly. The waiters provided us with immaculate service!! Angelo took care of us and I think he was one of the kindest waiters we have ever encountered. He answered all of our questions, and his attitude and humour definitely brought a smile to our faces. We are very indecisive, however the waiters gave us plenty of recommendations on what is popular and our food didn’t disappoint!! Although we came initially to try the steak, we were told they didn’t have the ribeye or the fillet, which we completely understood as it was a busy day and the steaks are fresh, so we settled on the pizza. The pizza was exceptional and a huge portion which we couldn’t finish, 100% was worth the money. The cocktails were also gorgeous too, especially the Strawberry Cosmopolitan. We finished off our meal with the brownie, which was homemade and completely breathtaking, the portion was also huge and filling. We left completely stuffed with huge smiles on our faces. We will most definitely be returning!!

Found this place on the way back from Harrogate. 5 stars all the way. Food, service, staff. All 5 star. Best fish a chips ever and the Pizza was 1st class. Give it a try you will not be disappointed and it’s not badly priced nice, clean and modern. Lovely.

Beer 6.20 Large wine 8 Coke 3.10 Roast beef 19.25 Roast chicken 17.00 Mac'n'cheese 5.95 Took a little while to get seated but not too bad. Ordered some drinks. Wine, a coke and some beer. Took a little while to arrive but there was a party in the bar so not too suprising. We ordered Sunday roast. My GF had the chicken and I had the beef with mac'n'cheese. It was quick to arrive. Hers was good, plenty of gravy although the parsnips were too big. When my beef arrived I was surprised to not have any gravy in the yorkshire as there was some on hers. Beef looked good but was a bit chewy. I had to ask for some extra gravy and it was quick enough to come. The yorkshires looked good but were very dry.

Pretty place to go for Sunday lunch, nice atmosphere, peaceful and nicely decorated. Ordered trio Sunday lunch which is supposed to come with crackling and didn't. Asked for stuffing balls and the steak and ale pie but they'd run out of both. The food was lovely but I prefer it not to be piled up like they're trying to make it a work of art or something but that's just my opinion and food was still good.

Have always wanted to try as I passed many times driving back to my parents house throughout my time at Uni. I finally have a job in Yorkshire and we now have a new place to meet up. All 3 of us had delicious food and the portions were huge. The staff were all super friendly and the decor is welcoming.
