Food was great and the staff were friendly. We sat and ate outside at lunchtime so not too busy.
Great pub & restaurant. Excellent beer on tap. Really nice menu. Big beer garden. Friendly owners and helpful staff. Well worth a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will definitely be back for another visit again soon.
We had a brilliant time at the Cross Inn, they found space for us and our little dog, got the TV set up so we could watch the rugby and then served some of the best pub food we'd ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was quick and friendly. We had the cod and chips and scampi. The
Food was delicious here this evening. Had the cod and chips which was superb. Even the chef came out and asked if our meal was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Well done to all. Highly recommend and will be returning soon.
Only a short walk from the Cross Park Holiday Village, we decided to try this place out one evening. The menu was extensive and varied. Also a good kids menu. We came for a family meal (with 3 children) and were greeted by friendly staff with good service. We were all happy with our meals. It's definitely the best mixed grill I've ever had (and I've had a few!) The portions were huge and the prices were very fair.
Was a last minute desicion to go here for food but glad we did its the most my 5 year old ate all week which is a compliment my wife and I really enjoyed our food staff were super friendly. Quality food quality beer lovely staff

Went for Sunday lunch, well organised, good range of beers and wines. The food was fantastic, lots of meat, loads of veg...... The staff were excellent. Can't fault them...
Lovely pub with a welcoming atmosphere, on a Saturday evening we popped in for a meal, i had the steak (rump) £11.95 which was think cut, cooked to perfection (rare) home made battered onion rings, mushrooms ect tasted AMAZING! My husband had the burger which he fully enjoyed. What a find, i recomme
The family decided at the last minute to have a light lunch. Sausage and mash came with a surprise giant yorkie. Bread Rolls rustic and tasted fresh/ homemade. Prawn cocktail very nice. Happy Easter
Nice atmosphere, didn't eat this time only called for a drink on way home after a day out.
Great little village pub,well worth a visit
