We are staying in the area for a week. On Sunday we went in and had Sunday lunch. I can honestly say it was one of the best ,tastiest meals we've had. The food was fantastic and the service was exemplary. Can't recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be calling in again. Really friendly couple and staff and like I said top class food at very reasonable prices.Oh and the chef gave us a lift home.😁

We stopped in Taynuilt for the night before heading to Oban the followed morning to head to Mull and we found this wee gem online. We phoned and booked a table, our wee dog Canna was more than welcome, and the food was amazing with gorgeous red wine. Definitely a place to stop for delicious food!!!!

Fantastic food, and a menu that changes a few times every week. Using local ,seasonal produce to create warming and incredibly tasty dishes. Exceptional wine list and great local beers on draught. The new management are warm, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable after years of working in some top establishments around the UK. Exactly what this old pub needed. A village should never be without a local pub. Many thanks for your hospitality. See you all soon.

Great place to stay in a newly updated modern rustic, warm and welcoming Inn. Stayed over 2 nights while on a camera course wth a local company Loch Visions. Owners and staff were great, food amazing and location was rural and the sites you see on your way there out this world....had to stop a few times to take it all in. Would recomend a visit and stay over anytime....its a newly started up business and going to be a local gem over its first season so get in first!!...Donald & Pam

One of the few places where I'd say I would go back tomorrow. Menu was simple selection, and every dish coming out looked yummy and well prepared. The inside has been renovated in the last 3 years (max) and the choice of drinks were extensive. Recommend that you book and dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant... BAR ONLY HAS 2 TABLES. Enjoyed it so much, we didn't even get the phone out for pics of food.

We recently completed a 2 week trip around the Highlands and this was easily the best Inn we stayed at over that time! It had that traditional Inn feel with modern luxuries. Such a gorgeous exterior as well - the most beautiful looking Inn we stayed at! The room was a decent size and bathroom was awesome, it had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. Breakfast was an absolute stand out for us and the best we had over the 2 weeks!! Staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The location truly felt like we were in the middle of the beautiful countryside. We would highly recommend coming to stay here or a meal, it was just excellent :) if we ever find ourselves back in this part of the world we will be back!

A gem of a find. We had dinner in the Kilchrenan Inn whilst staying close by. The drive down to it is along the most beautiful single track road with stunning views. Once there, the very friendly and welcoming staff at this cosy Inn will serve you drinks and amazing food. Great value for money, the food was just awesome. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. We had a great evening. Many thanks to everyone.

My family and I stayed here one night on our way out to the Highlands and I really wish we had more time to spend here! The road to the Inn was windy and a bit scary at times if you are not used to driving narrow, sometimes one lane, roads. The Inn is nestled in the village and is worth the drive. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and so beautifully decorated. My son loved the bunk beds. The outside seating area is quiet and peaceful. We had drinks there are proceeded inside for dinner. The food is amazing! Staff and service are equally amazing. We highly recommend this inn and don't make the same mistake we did by only staying one night! You can easily stay here for a few nights.

Good for lunch. Good food . Wouldnt recommend dinner based on our experience. Reprise Dinner Loved the wine "Mencia" Good service. 2 out 4 dishes poor . The salmon ,bream fine. Curiously the soup had little flavour Roast carrot and fennel soup, must take a special talent to render that watery and tasteless. The risotto was a pile of mush. I can't believe anyone would dish up that. Risotto rice is of course meant to have a "bite". Two dishes to avoid. Inexplicable. Excellent small cheese board.

First time in the highlands this was a very pleasant welcome. Set in a quiet village the Kilchrenan Inn was a great place to stay. Very comfortable room with great service in the evening the bar had a cosy vibe. The Inn will automatically reserve a table in the evening for staying guests. Particular shout out to the young barman who was knowledgable, friendly and organised. Fantastic stay in all!

Stopped for dinner bed and breakfast on a motorbike trip. Stunning location and immaculately presented. Rooms were excellent, food incredible and the staff went above and beyond throughout. Particular thanks to Tristan, he made us feel at home and was full of local knowledge. For bikers, take a puck as the car park is gravel. Its well packed but better safe.

We only stayed one night here on a 2 week vacation around Scotland. I really wish we would have spent more, as this was one of our favorite places. We will certainly stay more nights here the next time we're in Scotland.

Really lovely Inn- recently refurbished and tastefully decorated with extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The best thing was the food. We had an evening meal and everything we ordered was superbly cooked and made from quality ingredients. Even the breakfast was terrific. My husband had a full Scottish and says it's the best he's ever had (and he's something of a breakfast connoisseur). Only slight downsides were that the room had very thin walls so we could hear our neighbours activities. Also a wall mirror in the room itself would've been useful.

Amazing food and friendly knowledgeable staff. Recommend the venison pie, it was the tastiest pie I've had (high praise from a Lancashire lass 🤣). The pie was crammed with tender pieces of venison. It may be a 300 mile journey, but we will definitely be back.
