We enjoyed four lovely meals today at Annie's. The service was brilliant, and the food was delicious. The two that had gluten-free were very impressed at the choice and quality, too. The tea room is very quaint and in a perfect location by the canal.
Absolutely amazing food. Went twice and loved everything we ordered. However, some of the staff were very unprofessional. I watched one young man grab a desert by the tines and then present it to me for use. How does that happen? Same young man sat down at a client table, back to the door, focused o
Fantastic place to stop after a long walk, a great buzz with lot to see (cars, boats, trains and plains) :-) Food and dunks are very good, not the cheapest but you do not come here for cheap ;-)
The food was lovely and had been made on site with significant care. Portions were generous but not gutbusting and quality high. Nice atmosphere next to a canal and nice decor. Staff were lovely but dropping a single point because tables hadn't been cleared/cleaned, so that's maybe just a "today" pr
Coffee and cake was good but curiously came in disposable cups and boxes, unmarked, so we weren't quite sure who got cappucino/latte/flat white - no problem with cakes! Good place for watching boats and kayaks on the canal and walking.
Stumbled across this place on Mothers day. It was very busy and they were running low on food but we managed to get a lovely lemon drizzle cake & a coffee. We sat outside. Lovely little place. Pity it wasn't a hot day like it had been all week. Im sure its very popular due to its lovely location by
Great place worth a visit.
English fare, nice position near the canal, a great spot to stop if you are on a canal boat.
Well sign posted if you come by car.
A lovely setting just over a swing bridge by Oxford canal.
Pretty road to get there and car parking casual on the grass.
Large under cover outside area with assortment of wooden benches.
Some limited seating inside.
Vegan cakes available.
Goid selection of sandwiches and freshly made to order.
Beautifully placed little tea room, right by the nifty little bridge over the canal. We enjoyed tea there and later on some ice creams. Nice place to stop and enjoy a walk along the canal or you can go out into the countryside and there is a circular walk which will bring you back along the canal to
Lovely tea shop on the Canal. A place to warm up on a grey, drizzly morning of narrowboating, walking, biking, or canoeing. Fresh scones and rock cakes, breakfast sandwiches, soups and lunches. Food is matched by the kindness and warmth of "the Annie's."
