Thank you to the fabulous staff who looked after my dad today when he collapsed . Thanks to the lovely girl who came with a wheelchair to fetch my mom from Pierre bistrot and pushed her back to my dad whilst waiting for the ambulance . At least 5 staff made sure he was alright and made him comfortable . This happened 5 hours ago and needless to say he's still on a trolley in the corridor at Worcester hospital waiting to be seen . Thanks again on behalf of my mom Neen and myself .
This is a huge Extra store. First Tesco that I came across that charges for parking but it is free to genuine Tesco customers. You get the ticket to use at the machine when you are at the checkout.
Staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of checkouts which mean you do not have to wait for ages in a queue.
Petrol station on site normally has very cheap petrol.
I hope this gets to the right people. My 2 yr old had a nasty fall and cut her head open outside the store today,no-one fault just clumsy toddler. I came running in, covered in blood crying hysterically for a first aider. Thank you so so much to the staff who not only helped me and my daughter but gave her dummies, fruit shoots and peppa pig goodies to distract her all while cleaning her up and calling an ambulance. You were all brilliant and helped a very emotional mum calm down in a horrible situation. They also called me later to check how we were. Sorry I don't remember names but thank you thank you!!!
The food we had here really wasn’t too badly priced for the quality and dish size. The service was warm and friendly, and the interior nice enough. I recommend if you need a quick, easy bite to eat
Great food great value. Staff above and beyond care for customers. Fantastic . Breakfast well cooked good ingredients. Waffles superb. Drinks so very tasty
Anything about Tesco's is excellent in Kidderminster. The Cafe? Surpasses it self. Food is excellent, Staff are Excellent. Do I have to say more? Actually I do, that lovely guy on as a guard at the store, and that's Dave! What a star, so helpful and I'm not saying anymore! He's just lovely. I will remind him of this when I next visit, and that's soon. Please get him to read this, and I bet he doesn't know who's rated him!!!!!!
We always have a good experience when visiting Tesco's cafe in Kidderminster. The staff are polite and helpful, the cafe is clean and the food is well cooked and well presented. There is always a wide variety of age groups, from young children to older adults which helps create a warm and friendly environment.
Fantastic clean and friendly food was good quality and well prepared. Staff go over and above here to enhance experience . Brill value ace coffee and bright and airy. Superb
Went to Tesco cafe on Tuesday for a quick lunch and coffee… been served by very friendly and helpful young girl Shannon. Had to asked about her name as she didn’t have name badge. She made my lunch experience very nice! Nothing was too much trouble for her. Definitely will be back.

Went in to the tesco cafe for something to eat and found the staff friendly and helpful. They suggested I kept my receipt as I would need it to log out of the parking meaning I did not have to pay as I had spent over a fiver. There are machines outside that ask for your last three digits of your car number plate and then scans your receipt. The food was nice and it had a lovely veiw of the canal.
Really friendly girl called Olivia served us. Food was great. Had jacket potatoes. Good value too.
Visited this morning for cooked breakfast,served by a lovely young lady,very efficient,very pleasant ,everything was very clean, was very nice food and a very good cup of coffee 👍
