I recently visited Subway and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The menu had a good selection of sandwich options and I appreciated the ability to customize my order with various toppings and sauces.

Ordered from here many times, I unfortunately ordered from the Coventry street subway by mistake when I called to complain, Kal explained it wasn’t them but went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted when it was absolutely not his problem. To go into further details, I was struggling to contact just eat for a refund so he contacted them himself and then put them on loudspeaker to talk me through it. Subway, whatever you’re paying this man should be doubled!
I needed platters for an event. Kal assured me he could arrange what I needed and was true to his word! All (quite extensive) dietary requirements were catered for, with some items even individually wrapped and named. Everything was fresh and enjoyed by all.
Kal made it really easy to arrange and we’ll definitely return.
Really fast delivery. Great customer service. Kept a safe distance upon delivery. We ordered all Vegan options as me and my boyfriend are both Vegan. The wrap was AMAZING! probs the best thing you do. Meatless meatball marinara was lovley too.

What an EXCELLENT service!! I forgot to pack my fiance's lunch, he wasn't happy 😬 so ordered from here via Justeat, when emailed my order wouldn't get there until 13.50 I rang the actual store and spoke to Carl who, although busy, made sure my order got there in time for his lunch break and even wrote a note for me saying "Am I forgiven now?"
And threw in a cookie!
One extremely happy fiance and Carl is invited to the Wedding 😄

After ordering on Uber eats and not receiving my order , as it was delivered to another household. Phoned the store and they quickly apologised and sent out the delivery again swiftly with no hassle. Very good service 5*
Decent branch of Subway, always get good sandwiches from here. They don't pack your bags with the other items you bought however (drink, crisps, etc.) so I ended up walking out with half my lunch one day; not ideal but nothing to scream about either. Just make sure you take everything you bought!

I had the steak and cheese and as this was my first try and followed the advice of the chap serving - which turned out to be great. Peppered cheese and their chipotle southwest sauce were perfect.
Limited parking at the front of the Tesco Express next door (there is more parking at the rear of Tesco).
This Subway is excellent.
Seemed to be one man running everything and he still had time to smile and throw in abit of humour.
