I stayed here with my other half Saturday night after a long travel from Kent to see my family and have to say I honestly did get the best nights sleep I've had with him in 5 months! Bed was incredibly comfortable and could not hear anyone at all in the rooms either side or even outside! The breakfast was well worth the money. Drinks at the bar were rather cheap compared to what other hotels charge and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Me and my other half have said we will definately be staying there again on our next visit to Kidderminster. Thank you for a great stay!!

I stayed here for a couple of nights for work this week. As my meeting had been cancelled on the Wednesday the staff very kindly agreed that I could work in the restaurant all day. They set me up with a table that had plug sockets and were very attentive throughout the day making sure I was ok and asking if I wanted drinks. The room was really comfy....you know what you're getting at a Premier Inn. Thank you so much to you all for making my time away for work relaxed and enjoyable.

Room was clean and tidy, plenty spacious! The only downside was a mug with a great crack down the side and I'd already made tea in it. Not everyday do I stand in hotel corridors in tights and a t-shirt exchanging mugs! Loved the bed and bath (sister wanted to take them home!)

We stayed in this Premier Inn and although we got confused with the roads not being from down there when we got there it was excellent. The service with a smile from the lady on duty on Sunday night and the young man who covered service of breakfast which was also excellent and booking of on Monday could not have made us feel more welcome. The room was of excellent standard and made our stay very enjoyable. I have no doubt we will be back next year again. Many thanks to the saff Terri and Keith.

Ideally located (for me). It's different from the normal Premier Inn, located in a historic building with nice features remaining inside, a break from the normal rooms in a box. Staff were very pleasant although a little pushed in the evening, two staff members running check in, drinks, food service and the kitchen together, made for a slightly slow service but done with a smile which made the wait bearable. Evening menu was basic but sufficient for me and clearly aimed at minimal staff being able to deliver it. Overall a nice stay. I will use again if I am in the area again.

One of the best Premier Inns I've stayed at. Lovely, historic building with nice big family rooms. Convenient location with a pizza hut and McDonald's a stone's throw away. The reception is on the top floor (4th floor) with accommodation on the floors below. No issues with slow lifts etc like some other reviews have reported. Breakfast service was excellent, really well organised, good selection of continental and cooked offerings. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and we had a lovely room. Acceptable breakfast (apart from having no orange juice all week) The town itself is ok, it's a good central location for lots of family days out/activities we visited Iron bridge, Severn railway and took a canoe on the river Severn with Shropshire raft tours

This is the best premier inn I have stayed in. We booked here for our trip to WMSP which is only a 7min drive away. The hotel is in a shopping centre and so the parking is public, you have to pay between 8:00-18:30. We were out all day so over 2 nights stay we only spent a few hours on paid parking. The reception is located on the 4th floor as is the restaurant but there are 2 lifts which are abit slow but it's not a deal breaker. The staff here are why I reviewed this hotel 5 stars. Tracy in the kitchen is great and very accommodating, super friendly vibes. And there was Kate who showed real patience with my 4 year old and 1.5 year old and gave them stickers on the morning we left. The building is lovely from the outside. The rooms have high ceilings and character. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant which had exposed beams. I would definitely come back here again.

We had come over to Kidderminster to meet up with family for a night out and just wanted a comfy bed for the night, but our stay at the Premier Inn turned out to be so much more. The staff had got to hear that I was there to celebrate my birthday and when we arrived at the room, there was a 'Happy Birthday' banner on the door, a bottle of Bucks Fizz on ice and a card! Thank you to Tracy and Kate for organising such a wonderful surprise. In fact, all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Combine that with the fact that the hotel itself is in a converted Victorian factory, beautifully renovated with red brick, exposed beams and tall windows it makes for a very characterful place to stay, and much more than just a bed for the night.

I enjoyed my stay at the premier inn, really close to town. No private car park and have to use the main car park in the town. The lift is very very slow, but this Premier Inn is very good. Very clean well organised and friendly staff would highly recommend.

Good central location. Hotel is set in a old factory and is modernly set out inside. An upside down layout where the restaurant and reception are on the top floor, but 2 lifts available. Service was excellent. Breakfast is a normal good standard. The dinner menu is limited, but still good, the pizza are nearly better than the nearby pizza place. A few selections of drinks. Room was very spacious.

We had a enjoyable one night stay here. Nice clean hotel with plenty of (paid) parking nearby. The lifts are very slow here and reception is on the top floor so, if you don't like or you are nervous about using lifts it's a long walk to reception. Breakfast was ok but the buffet option was not on when we went to the restaurant but still had a cooked breakfast which was tasty enough. This hotel is central to Kidderminster with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all close by.
