It’s a lovely place to visit wine and dine. Staff are friendly food is good. In a lovely setting one of my favourite pubs. Definitely recommend it to my friends and family. X

Had steak and ale pie with chips �- chips came with gravy (eughhh) however I asked for fresh chips and less than a minute later they were there with no gravy - great service - pie was lovely too ����
Went to the soft opening today the 5th August the welcome was nice and helpful we ordered our food at the bar and food took a little time bit when arrived was nice and hot and very tasty I went for the Sunday roast with roast beef very nice indeed my daughter had the mac & cheese both enjoyed it, I had a Guinness which wasn't bad at all, staff was training ans was a bit ropy in places but what you expect on training day, we had pudding my daughter had chocolate fudge cake and I had the blood orange brownie with ice cream very nice indeed overall not bad the menu seems a bit small in places but overall not bad
Lovely canal view outlook, loads of seating, meals available lunch to evening, good value mid afternoon options. Very friendly staff and good service. Nice outdoor areas too.
Had a visit both today and yesterday. The food both days was absolutely excellent!! I've been a few times before but my visit today really stood out. I was informed that the chef responsible for our meals was Cooper, so a huge thank you for the quality meal! Highly recommended the burgers and roasts. We'll be sure to return soon
Family gathering with 15 adult's, 4 children, got given own area to ourselves, staff were fantastic, service was brilliant, food all came together, most meals were perfect, a few a little on the cool side. The service we received was 100% perfect. I would highly recommend
The food was exceptional, only issue was that we waited an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. The waiting girls were really lovely, very helpful and friendly. There was one quite unfortunate issue, unruly children, maybe it would be a policy you might like to adopt, to prohibit under 12 year old.
All in all quite a pleasant experience once we were moved to a more quiet table.
Lovely pub, stopping at premier inn close by, needed a nice local pub. This certainly fit the bill! Food was great, wait for food was short. Very friendly staff team. Thank you.
Nipped in recently for a pint to get out the rain and was happily surprised. I've only been to Kidderminster a handful of times and in previous visits I have been very let down, I can safely say my recent visit was a massive improvement! I was served by a lovely young lady called Emma G, I ordered my drinks and was served extremely quickly. We had a short conversation where she was very polite and attentive, I noticed that some customers she was serving near me where being rude, but despite the treatment she remained calm and professional. I can't review the food as I only stopped in for some drinks, but no complaints there and I would have rated the atmosphere higher if the other customers weren't so loud and obnoxious to the staff. If all the waiters and waitresses are as helpful and polite as the lady who served me today I will 100% be back!
Had an excellent lunch today with the most friendly and attentive serving staff in a beautiful building and convenient location.
The food was delicious, and the service was second to none.

Love the new decor has really freshend up the place. Staff have new uniforms that look great. Everyone looked happy to be working there. We used the qr code to order, which was easy and very clear. Service was prompt and the food was lovely. We sat by the canal and the area was buzzing with lots of people enjoying the sunshine
Had a lovely time at Watermill this afternoon. The food was lovely and the service was amazing. We had Emma serve us today and she was lovely, nothing was too much to ask, always helped with a smile on her face. Had a great time here.

Stopped off here for a meal mid journey. Lovely smart pub with the canal at the side. Great location, play park and food.
Staff were helpful and attentive, toilets were clean and garden outside seating perfect.
Cute dog treat stand too with blankets available for dogs and their owners. Above and beyond.
Had a lovely meal at the watermill the other day. The food was amazing and had a lovely atmosphere. In particular, Emma G was very helpful taking the time to help me choose what to order and was very friendly. Very much would recommend the Watermill to a friend!
A bit of a dry roast (though I could've asked for more gravy) but some redemption in the huge Yorkshire pudding, the fantastic crown dessert and the relatively (for late 2022) low price. Wouldn't actively revisit but wouldn't put people off coming here either.
My partner and I was greeted at the door and shown to our table and informed politely to order drinks and food at the bar . My partner had the beef roast dinner and I had the turkey. My turkey was a bit tough but my partner gave me some of his beef which was very nice. The vegetables were very nice and the mash excellent . We finished our drinks on the patio by the canal was a enjoyable meal .thank you a
It is such a great place and the food is lovely, it also reminds me of the old times back in like the 1800s with the wood work and arrangements of the room and bar.
