Delicious meal and relaxed atmosphere for a rare childless meal out. Shout out to our waiter (Mike) for making it a very enjoyable evening.
We came here for dessert after a bad main meal elsewhere and were well looked after by our server, Birute, and the on-shift manager. Our dessert was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful, as always!
Fab service, food came out hot & quite fast. Very helpful staff. We love our local f&b's for a treat once in a while.
This place deserves a 5+++++ rating .We came here today around lunchtime greeted by jake ( david beckham lookalike yes really he is lol ) who could not have been a better waiter if he had tried .Friendly , polite and professional throughout with a bit of funny banter lol he was great so cheers buddy .The food was impeccable and simply perfection at it`s best 100% .We can`t recommend this place enough and would say to anyone just go and enjoy .Thanks again ... You know what you're getting. My husband and I often go to F&B when we just don't want to cook, if this is a friday or weekend and we haven't booked then you do have to wait - the most we waited was 30 mins but you are told this at the time and you can have a drink in the bar.
The food is always good, not amazing but good, it is tasty but some things are clearly microwaved from frozen to be cheaper. If you can get past this though it is lovely food.
The really annoying thing is the birthdays though, anyone with a cake gets all the lights dipped and music loud singing happy birthday which would br great if you were at a party there but when it's just the 2 of you and the music is left on for ages after the cake presentation and the lights are left dipped it can be annoying. But that's always going to happen at any F&B's.
Good atmosphere!. I have not tried any other F&Bs but if they are as good as the Kidderminster branch must be worth a visit. Food reliable and always a lively atmosphere. Plenty of space between tables and good decor, interesting building.
Brilliant food only down side was we went in asked for table for two they said 10 min wait two hot girls come in get table straight away
I would have given more stars but having to pay to park was not expected....as for the rest, really good service and really nice food. Good breakfast choice and nice coffee. Wasnt very busy which was great I will Definetly use again

Friendly staff, great choice on menu, able to order 3 courses at once and then asked when ready for them to be served. Good value.
Mostly enjoy my visits and meals at this restaurant, service is usually quite good too. I visited today with my daughter to make use of the 40% off voucher. We enjoyed our food tremendously and our experience was made exceptional by our waiter, Charlie, who was attentive, very pleasant and made you believe nothing was too much trouble. Well done Charlie.
Food was on the whole pretty good if rather standard fare. Service reasonably quick but not a place for a quiet meal due to a fairly large herd of what must have been elephants charging around the upper floors. Might have been children thinking about it as quite a few were making a racket downstairs too. I guess they have to eat sometime so eating out in F&B early evening was always going to be a bit loud but quite why parents think it OK to play tag around the whole restaurant I don't know
Came here today for lunch and can't fault it one bit. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Was served and greeted by a Lovely lad who made sure everything was OK during our time here, customer service was spot on. Very friendly atmosphere, and the cocktails were yummy 😊

At the forefront of this restaurant the staff here are amazing! We had a minor issue with one of the orders and the way everything was handled was above and beyond a professional standard. The food and beverages are also to a good standard and would definitely go again.
On the many occasions we have been to F&B’s in Kidderminster, we have been lucky enough to be served by Joe.
His patience with our children is second to none, he really does give them genuine attention.
His manner and waiting skills are amazing, this guy will go far!

Absolutely loved my time here, the music was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were served by Charlie who is always smiling and friendly.
I defiantly recommend to family and friends and anyone who wants a great experience.

Really good gluten free menu. As someone with allergies and being vegetarian it can be difficult to eat out, but there’s always great options here. Joey was lovely, he made sure everything was safe and allergy free :))
