Great time 14 of us. Service was great the young man was extremely helpful and the waitresses were great.
Our food was hot and tasty not one person had a complaint. Good going for a large crowd.
Second visit for our aqua crowd of friends and we will be back. Thank you for looking after us so well. X
I love this place, the atmosphere is so chilled and the food is always excellent. The manager John is the loveliest person and his customer service is absolutely faultless. Couldn't recommend enough!

Very warm and welcoming place. Great design with eclectic decor that manages to feel opulent and cosy without being cramped and oppressive. Very friendly, helpful and chatty staff. Food was gorgeous. Tapas was all well cooked and delicious. Lovely warm fresh bread. Will definitely return �

Absolutely fantastic Christmas meal last night for a group of 11 of us from the Wyre Forest Vegans. We would like to thank the chefs the bar staff and the manager for the fabulous vegan food, the excellent friendly and attentive service and making our night so enjoyable! And because of the fantastic prices and a fair bill at the end we managed to raise £45 for our local RSPCA Kidderminster charity! Thank you! X
Ordered from the app the food was fast and delicious Ella and Tammy are super fab and friendly! People mention the dirty tables and I don't agree but you make the judgement, we had a vegan and normal main meal and both great quality
First time visiting with a friend and I'm definitely going back. Had a Philly cheese steak( if I remember correctly)ciabatta with sweet potato fries and a vanilla latte. Absolutely delicious 😋
Having visited Tappeto several times now I can absolutely recommend. It has always had a lovely, welcoming, friendly atmosphere with a good mix of people and dogs! All the staff we have come into contact with have been friendly and helpful and the service has been pretty speedy even when they are really busy. The food is great and decent value for money. As well as vegan they cater for allergies or food difficulties and seem really bothered about this which makes such a change from many establishments. Any dish alterations we have asked for have been totally correct. A good stop for drinks, a spot of lunch or coffee and a cake shaped treat!
A good experience and will visit again. I would recommend this place. They cater well for allergies and is nut-free as well so was perfect for me. The food portions were reasonable for lunch time and were delicious. Different decor to the usual cafes/lounge places with a rustic feel to it - an interesting place! Didn’t visit the toilets so can’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great menus for vegetarians and vegans too.
We visited Tappeto Lounge on Sunday evening for a special occasion and enjoyed a fabulous meal. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, the service was fast and the food was delicious. We don’t live nearby but every time we’re in the area we like to visit Tappeto Lounge 😍

Been in here a few times now, never had any trouble getting a table or waiting for food, but it does get busy. Food has always been nice, Hubby enjoys the big breakfast, I try something different every time we come in - today was the Bombay Sweet Potato & Lentil Curry - the photo doesn’t do it justice as I had already started eating it before I took the photo, sorry! It was lovely in flavour, but could have been a bit warmer! You order food via an app, nice and easy! Nice menu, bit of everything to choose from - breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, salads, tapas even! Good drinks menu as well. Worth a visit, seating outside as well.
UPDATE: Been back in here for lunch, very busy, next to no tables left at midday, 30 min wait for food, but the food is good when it gets to you. They now have a gluten free menu and a vegan menu. Order via the app from your table, which is really easy to do, or at the bar.
The Tappeto Lounge is located in the town centre next to the river and with local access to bus station. It had a good relaxed vibe, and very spacious. The interior has a rustic look with wooden and painted furniture with a collection of traditional and modern paintings along two walls. Has a small childrens activity area.
The food was tasty with a good selection and good selection of drinks including non alcoholic beverages.
Service I felt was polite, but could be improved. I did not realise I had to go to the bar to order, so I was waiting a while at the table to be serviced.
One of the best restaurants in Kidderminster! The halloumi fries were amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend! 👍👍
It’s a nice spot for brunch and dinner along the river ! Very pleasant staff, they kept on apologising for the delay as they were short of staff that day but we didn’t have to wait at all! The menu offers a wide variety of options including a lot of desserts, cocktails and milkshakes ! We only had breakfast there and it’s reasonably priced with decent portion. The hash brown was very soft inside and crunchy outside ! The fritters were delicious too! Unfortunately the chefs over cooked our poached eggs but they happily remade them for us after. The filter coffee that comes with the breakfast doesn’t taste very nice…. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
Staff super friendly and food came really quickly and WOW it all tasted amazing I have to say I was tempted to order even more but my stomach was so full! The place inside is beautiful and quirky from the paintings to the different lampshades and furniture, really chilled out vibe great place!
