Our experience of the Brassmills. The staff were really good. They listen to the way you order your food, if you want 15 mins between you courses, they give you 15 mins. I would recommend and will be going back.

Myself Mum and sister had lunch- the lady that served us was very polite and very caring. We have eaten here on a few occasions and I can honestly say we’ve never had a bad meal, it was very busy but we didn’t have to wait too long for our meal. They have their Christmas menu out now and we have said already that we are going to book as it’s very appealing and the price is good.

Yes we visited the restaurant again our third visit and Monday was excellent, first we were greeted by a lovely waitress, and as three mature men we enjoyed her humour and the banter we gave her, making the lunch a very enjoyable time combining that with the great food from a very good choice of courses in a good menu, all in a great atmosphere, yes a lunch to remember and the waitress Zoe, thank you to her and her attention to give us a great lunch, we will back...it appears in the AA guide for restaurants

Very nice place, good atmosphere, cosy but still able to chat. Enjoyed nearly everything and great service. Good value too. Liked that the kids menu was proper scaled down meals not nuggets and fish fingers, definitely be back and would recommend

We were a large and unruly party between the ages of 16 and 70, and the staff kept us all happy and serviced with no noticeable errors. My food was well prepared and we all had a good time. Would dine here again.

That has got to be one of the best roast dinners I've had in a very long time.. Meat just melts in your mouth. Traditional dark roast potatoes. Yes. The brassmill gets a full thumbs up from me

We booked a table for 5 for Sunday lunch having been here one evening with family for a birthday meal. On both occasions all staff were friendly and polite. On Sunday were warned of a slight delay on our starters due to a high volume of customers but it wasn't very long. Our waitress Marie was attentive to removing empty plates and the need for more drinks. She was a delightful person and enhanced our visit. She wasn't nonplussed by our daughter having a starter and another starter for her main course with added salad!! At no point did we feel we were being rushed despite how busy it was. The food was delicious and nicely served. Quite large portions, I wish I'd known about the small portion option but I loved the mini pudding with coffee option!

The food is always tasty and well presented. The spacious table areas are great. The building and atmosphere are lovely. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. On this last visit our own waitress was not the most friendly and was very slow to clear our table and offer drinks or take dessert order. We asked her if she could please clear an hour after the food was served and to bring the dessert menus and her face said it all! Very disappointing. About ten minutes later we were still sitting with our dirty plates etc and no drinks or dessert menu in sight. I spoke to a waitress called Kim, who was absolutely delightful and seemed genuinely interested in whether we were happy and having a nice evening. She got the menus for us and took our dessert and drinks order and brought them over. She got the generous tip!

Took longer than anticipated to get our drinks and the balance of proteins to other elements on the plate in the dishes we had needs some rethinking - despite having potato with every bite I had a mountain left at the end. Other than those very minor things, the staff were kind and friendly, the food tasted amazing, especially the white wine velouté.

Nice atmosphere and surroundings. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Menu said Broccoli but served Cauliflower which I don’t like. Asked for well done lamb, had to send back to be cooked more, which was done - no problem.

Absolutely stunning, food gorgeous and drinks lovely too. Staff are friendly and welcoming, Debs our server was so lovely, made our experience great! We went mid week late afternoon time, I would probably choose to come a different time as there was lots of tables with mothers and baby’s talking very loud. So our experience wasn’t as great as it could have been, all we could hear were conversations about how bad their husbands are and other problems that brought the atmosphere down a tad. If they offered outdoor dinning we would have relocated out but they only offer drinks outdoors. I did also notice that they were a dog friendly establishment and was also very clean too. Would definitely dine there again!

Have come here many times with family and friends. Its our go to if we want a comfortable and quiet setting. Atmosphere lovely, toilets super clean and food is stunning. We've sampled quite a bit of their menu, which I can sum up taste wise as, rich and welcoming flavours. Staff are lovely and have always been accommodating even when we haven't booked.

We had a nice Sunday roast. Good portion serve by a friendly staff. It's nicely decorated Brass Mill with beautiful outdoor seating in summer. We even spotted stork fishing. We would definitely like to come back for dinner in the future.

one of our party was vegetarian, and although we had a lovely meal, i think our friend had to check meal ingredients for both mains and desert choice prior to selection. Having said that, all staff were very helpful, professional with a lovely atmosphere.

this afternoon (21/5/23) me and 10 other members of my family went for a meal at the Brassmills Keynsham for a tribute meal in memory of my nan (who sadly died in 2019) and in what would of marked her 88th birthday today. on arrival and throughout the visit we were treated very well by the staff on duty and nothing was a problem for them or us and we felt well accomadated, it was in paticular my first ever visit and i thought the customer service was fantastic as the staff were very polite and welcoming and despite being a tiny bit busy the wait for the food was pretty fast, i did not get the name of the waitress who served us unfortunatly but my other family members all agreed her customer service was impeccable. customer service aside what can i say about the food.... the food was AMAZING, i had the hunters chicken schnitzel for mains (picture included in this review) and double chocolate brownie for dessert and it was mouthwateringly good 😍😋🤤 and for me personally (i cant speak for my family members) the food was truly fulfilling for anyone on here who works at brassmills and is/was on duty today i say Thank you very much, special thanks to the fairly tall brown haired waitress who served us throughout our visit and and big thumbs up to the chefs for the super amazing and delicious food 😘👌 overall a superb visit and will return again someday 😊☺️👍

This is a lovely pub, large interior with great exposed beams, lots of space and amazing food. We are from the set price menu, 2 courses ncluding the most gorgeous steak frites for £15. Friendly service and right next to the river so views in the Summer must be lovely. Tucked away The Brassmill is worth seeking out and sampling.

Really nice Vintage Inn with a nice, but small, outside area, essential on a warm day. Lovely old building, tastefully updated, will pop back when it's decorated for Xmas, looks even better. Amazing staff, polite, helpful, efficient and attentive, can't fault them. Food was excellent, really enjoyed our 2 courses, (and forgot to take pix🤦). Nice beer selection, average prices, and a choice of 2 ciders on draught. Only downside was the place closed at 21:00??? Could've, and would've, sat there all evening if we could...
