During my months in London I always come here for coffe and breakfast as my house is a few steps. The staff that work currently here is super nice and they pay attention to everything, plus always in a good mood which is really important in activities like this. Coffee is great, as food is (some sweet things like croissants scones and muffin are much more better even than Italian one tho!)

A nice variety of baked goods, but they can be on the stale side if you arrive later in the day. The seating is ample, but a bit cramped -- it's a popular place, so it's kind of expected that the seats would tend to fill up. Overall a nice place.

Lovely breakfast on the go. Great coffee and fresh rolls as well as chia pudding. Person on the till not at all helpful or friendly hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.

I went in to get my every day coffee, and the girl at the register, Izzy, was so helpful. She was so kind and informative and I would come back here again, just to get the amazing service I received from her. Thanks Izzy!!

This is such a convenient location if you visit Kew Gardens regularly. Grabbing a treat from here has become a tradition for me before heading to the gardens. Had the best mocha from here on a miserably rainy spring day. The staff could be a little more friendly, but that won’t keep me away.

OK. To Be fair it was Saturday and they were busy, but the tables were dirty, coffee was warm, and there was a long queue to go to the toilet (which was clean). The experience was not that great, they seemed understaffed.

A nice smaller gails with friendly service and freshly made rolls and bread. Avoid the greasy sausage rolls!
