Overall the building is absolutely beautiful - the windows and original flooring, all gorgeous. We went at lunchtime on a Wednesday and it was chaos. There are multiple ways in so there are people everywhere. One could easily walk out without paying and you need to queue at multiple different counters if you want different types of food; coffee at one, hot food at another for example. There is a gorgeous terrace and lots of indoor seating, but of course very busy at peak times. The food was fresh and very nice though.

The quality and choice of food have improved after the refurbishment. The same cannot be said for its hot drinks. It remains a nice place to drop by for a light meal and a drink.

Lovely to eat in here on our visit. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice. Comfy chairs. Airy and light. Glad to see the catering has improved at Kew over the past few years.

Lovely place inside the Key Gardens , where you can have a Snack or a small meal, everything made out of fresh ingredients. (self service)

Food wasn't really tasty it was fresh and not over cooked We had the veggie option which was butternut squash stuffed with brown rice topped with a bit of goats cheese, i needed more cheese as it was bland. A bit pricey at £25+for 2. We ate outside so that was a plus. Tills were slow too.

Nice cafe with a good choice of drinks, cakes and pastries. The staff are professional and friendly. Bright and very spacious, even on busy days. I always like to eat there when I visit Kew.

Had a fantastic relaxing afternoon lunch with my wife at The Orangery in Kew Gardens. We had the all you can eat plates which are very tasty and great value for money. Be warned it does get very busy at times but we thought if offered the best food and definitely the best location in the grounds. Also has a great selection of cakes.

It is a self service restaurant with the pigeons sometimes are walking under the table even inside the building. Busy at meal time but the food is so nice and delicious with a variety to select. Clean and the service is so good.

Food or okay, cannot complain, but love the atmosphere. If you just want to grab something to eat, I think this is the right place for you.

The Orangery is a popular café in Royal Botanical Gardens,( Kew gardens). It offers wide range of coffee including mocha, late, espresso, Americano, etc. Fresh juice and food as well. It is one of the relaxation points for the tourist in Kew botanical gardens. I enjoyed myself spending some time relaxing after touring the gardens.

Nice food stop in the gardens. If you can get the comfy chairs at the end it's lovely, otherwise you'll not be quite as relaxed. The food and coffee are standard fare, think any large cafe you've been in, but the staff are kind and helpful. It gets very noisy when busy!

Lovely lunch served here. There was a great selection of food. A good place to eat if you are vegan/vegetarian. I had a ploughman's baguette and it was delicious! The drinks were also good and the café offers a free water filling station, which was perfect on a hot day! Overall, a lovely place and great food! Would highly recommend.

I usually review based on whether there are gluten free and dairy free options. This place was surprisingly well equipped with GF and DF options. We had chicken and vegetables with almond cake. Coffee and wine available

A nice stop after walking around enormous Kew Gardens. The cream tea was lovely.
