We went during a very hot time and I understand the lack of AC but the room on the 3rd floor was pretty unbearable. Keep this in mind if there are hot days but other than that we had a great time. We ate at the hotel restaurant

Service was a bit slow but friendly. There was only one lady behind the bar at the time we went.
However, I couldn't pay with cash which was a problem for me.
I love this place. Steps away from Kew Gardens, with simple but super-clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely sitting area (with outdoor spaces) and restaurant. I have been there 3 times, and I cannot wait to go back.

Had such a great experience here last Sunday. Very busy day (Sunday before Xmas and also world cup final day) and the service was completely faultless - the staff were so helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic.
