I stopped here for a good lunch before going to kew gardens. The service was great and I had no issue with the food, it is right next to the station conveniently

I went with my girlfriend … We love the place, the atmosphere that it has, the staff is very friendly, it has a very nice terrace, it is small but if you are lucky you find a place, we were lucky😎, the waiter who served us was Arsh and he was always very attentive to everything what we need, he gave us recommendations about each of the pizzas, the desserts, and the sides, the pizzas are spectacular, delicious, and they have a coupon system through their app that sometimes makes what you order It's very cheap for you. It really was a very pleasant experience, obviously we will return
Service was great. Food excellent, tasty and very warm. Even I ate too slow they were very helpful and Alex put my pizza into the Oven again for enjoying it for more time 😝😝
We are on holiday from the USA! We had just visited kew gardens and were looking for a place to eat dinner before heading back to our AirBnb via the train. We stumbled into pizza express because it looked kid-friendly. And it certainly was! We had a great meal with afriendly waiter. All the staff were moving quickly to accommodate everyone and the food was comforting and exactly what we needed. We highly recommend!
Decent Pizza..I've forgotten how good in fact. Prompt service too. Cant crticise atmosphere as Restaurant wasn't buzzing as was early eve on a Tues so had table choice and the few children were impeccably behaved.
I'm keen to go back to this Kew outlet.
I came for a brunch and had a lovely experience. Everything was perfect, the food the service and the atmosphere.

My experience was really great the food over here is really tasty and the fun part is the service I was being served by arsh and that person as a staff in pizza express was doing really good with service and mainly the hospitality he provided us it was really amazing
I went with my friend for a drink and some sides. It was lovely! Great service from Arsh who looked after us as well as recommend us some dishes which were great.
I was around the area and thought of going for a nice dinner to finish off my evening.
Arsh helped me a lot from deciding what I would like to even finish off with delicious dessert.

Went with my family and the atmosphere was amazing our waiter beto and the chef jose were amazing people and delivered a fantastic service, definitely recommend and will be back for more.

Went there after spending the day at Kew Gardens, it's a short walk. Cosy atmosphere, great friendly helpful staff. And the best BBQ burnt ends pizza ever, omg it is amazing.
Lovely team here at the Kew Pizza Express branch. We came around evening time, they were quite busy . The food came promptly and was good value for money, Big thanks to the staff who served us , especially the new manager . She was really kind and generous . We had an amazing experience
