Excellent eat in or takeaway, individually cooked to order using FRESH fish and served with brilliant chips. This is the best chippy in the area and the only one I ever return to.
And I've tried them all!
I seriously love my fish and chips and this was hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life.
Everything was completely made to order and boy was it worth the wait.
The batter was so crispy but not greasy and the fish was so juicy and succulent in the middle. It was literally cooked to perfection.
The chips were amazing too. Not to crispy and not to soggy. A perfect blend and you can tell they use really good potatoes.
Really friendly service in lovely little area. Just a shame I don’t live closer as would be here every Friday!

Hands down the best Fish and Chips I’ve ever had. I had the Cornish Pasty which is not industrialised, but looks and tastes home made, deliciously seasoned and fresh. The Cod was the most flaky, juicy with super crispy crust and the chips were on the same level, chunky and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. They made it to order and nothing was left sitting on the counter. I more than 100% recommend it. They seem to be a family business and have very good customer service, very attentive and quick. The space is sweet and yes, it could have a bit more to the decor but at the end of the day, the food and service is what matter the most, and they definitely excel! The large Cod portion is massive, they put a whole fillet + another chunky piece, with loads of chips.
Best fish & chips I have had in a while… do check it out if you are in the area. Very polite staff, clean dining area (and toilets) and very fast service! Everything is cooked from scratch, hence you know that all of the ingredients are fresh!
The bar has an outdoor and indoor seating areas, but on this occasion we had a take away.
Food came properly packaged to arrive home still hot and oh my! It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Portions are very big, even small cod was big enough to feed a grown up men! Definitely try their cod, chips and onion rings!

Fresh fish fried to order! Large portions (I got the small cod and small chips and could have shared with two people). Cute seating area in back. Workers are super friendly! Highly recommend this hidden gem.

After a visit to Kew Gardens visited this fantastic Fish and Chip place. It's only a short walk from Kew and Kew Tube Station. Highly rated in reviews but totally deserved, was not disappointed
Fish was perfectly cooked and juicy. Also had cod roe which was also lovely and fresh. They do have a few tables outside - I was sat there waiting for the order to be freshly cooked and the very polite guy in there brought mine out on a plate!
The price was similar or cheaper than home in Norfolk at somewhere like Wells next Sea - not 'London prices' and was actually a large piece of fish, good value for money.
If you love freshly cooked fresh fish and chips, and great service, including lemon, sauces and a great cup of tea, then you will love this fish bar. Amazing fish, great service in a clean spotless shop and value for money too. I am definitely returning!!

Ordered sausage in batter and chips to take away. The food was freshly fried. The chips were nicely done, not too soggy and not too dry. Tried the cod on a previous occasion, very nice too. Would recommend this place over other chippies in the area.
One of the best good fish & chips in London. The fish is fresh with crispy batter. Good size for the price. Such a hidden gem.
