We were seated straight away. Waitress took our drinks order. She took our food order when she brought our drinks. We only ordered garlic bread and olives for starters. The main was a pasta dish with pieces of chicken and mushrooms in a white wine sauce, which was very nice. We had a glass of white wine and a gin cocktail. Both of which we enjoyed. All in all the service and food was good.

Lovely mothers day meal. Place was packed out. Very good service considering how busy they were.
We had an early dinner there with our family, three sons, daughter in laws and five grandchildren. Who were well looked after.
The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and we all ate at the same time. We sat at a corner table so conversation was easier than on a long one.
We would definitely go back if we were in Kew again.

Tried yesterday for their a la carte menu. The location is baby friendly where parking is just outside the restaurant and baby changing facilities are there. Food is so far ok especially the dessert. Price is reasonable. Good for family dining
ASK Richmond. Went there last night and had a really good evening. Had the rigatoni and stagioni pizza and both were very good.
Ok, it's an ASK so the menu and food are as expected but lovely airy environment with views of the cricket green make eating here a very pleasant experience.

Great place for family lunch, menu has a good range of dishes and not overly priced. We had a variety of dishes from pasta, meat, risotto, seafood and pizza. All was very tasty, will come back again. It also have limited onsite parking which is an advantage for drivers
Great place for families or to bring the little ones for a nice dinner. Also great for groups. They have a lovely conservatory to sit down and enjoy your meal there when there's a nice day. Service was fantastic, very nice and accomodating with my 2 children. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours but you can park just outside the restaurant or around the green outside the restaurant for free after 4:30pm. Definitely going back.

We ate delicious evening meals here two days in succession, one outside and one inside. The outside could do with some mood lighting Our food was served by friendly staff on both days.

Very nice Restaurant, where we enjoyed our several stays very much. The friendly Ladies of the staff convinced with a quick, friendly service and a very nice sense of humour. The two kinds of lemonade very refreshing & tasty and the food, noodles & Pizza, were very delicious. I myself enjoyed the possibility of ordering a light small pizza. Yes, we highly recommend this restaurant!
When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation, which we had not. The woman then advised that due to staff shortages, service might be a little slow. It was perfectly fine and very friendly. Unfortunately they had run out of gluten free pizza bases, but the GF pasta was superb, as was the regular sausage cannelloni. The desserts were awesome, particularly the blood orange chocolate tart. Great traditional lemonades too.
Every time we visited, we absolutely loved the food and service we received, therefore, we chose this venue for a small party after our marriage ceremony.
A week before the ceremony we still didn't have a venue booked so being able to book at such short notice was a relief.
We had the conservatory and garden reserved therefore on the day we were not the only ones being served at the restaurant.
I was so impressed to see the staff working hard to take care of us at every request while serving the rest of the restaurant as well.
The management offered us a great deal and made sure we left happy and we sure did.
Thank you so much for taking this big stress off our hands and making sure we had the best experience.
It's good here. Gluten free pizza is the best in town. Service can be a touch slow (this might have to do with the GF pizza) so if you're in a hurry let staff know and you're fine. Great for large groups with kids! Very family friendly. Bright and fresh. Highly recommended.
We had our Christmas party in December 2019 and we must say that the service was absolutely fantastic. All the staff had plenty of patience and always they were treating us with extra smile. The food was very good and definitely we will be there again soon!!!! Thank you for making our Christmas party exceptional 👍🙏
We booked a table here for our company after work gathering & we were looked after like princesses! Huge thanks to this branchs’ manager Diana (stunning blonde cannot miss it) as she made sure that everything was just 10/10!
