Stopped here for one night, wish it had been more. Room was warm, comfortable and spacious. Evening meal choice was extensive and all freshly cooked. Vegetarian curry was a delight. Gammon steak was without doubt the best we have seen/had. Real ale choice was 7 different ones, a sign of how popular
Lovely country pub. Stopped for lunch Sat 16 March. 2 lovely lads working. The one taking the orders, with a ponytail, was delightful, dead friendly and chatty. He made our visit. We only ordered sandwiches which were delicious but the menu was amazing.
Not stayed but call in whenever we are in that area. This pub does the best steak and ale pie in the history of this universe and probably an infinite number of parallel universes. If I was a millionaire I would send a taxi over from Anglesey to buy a couple every month in case I couldn’t come mysel
Fantastic little pub, amazing chicken, ham & mushroom pie 🥧 huge portion! Very helpful & friendly staff, beautiful location on a sunny 🌞 day in the stunning Yorkshire Dales 👍🏻
On a walking holiday in Kettlewell so used the pub as a watering hole after some good hiking. Ideal location only 2 mins from the accommodation Also had a great meal one evening in the gastro area. Excellent quality. Well worth a visit.
Called in on mother's day with my wife and our dog on the off-chance they could squeeze us in ....Best Sunday dinner we've had in long time ...and
a pint of whafdale blonde went down a treat ..Will definitely be back
Young bar person grumpy ish. South African waiter very nice and friendly. Quite slow service but weren't in a rush so no problem. Food nice. Quite busy by the time we left so booking for Sunday evening meal probably a good idea. The tables outside would make it a great summer evening spot for a drin
A top notch pub. A really good atmosphere, and very nice food. A really friendly/welcoming manager/team too! Keep up the great work.
Excellent food in this lovely pub with a generous selection of beers/ales. We did wait almost an hour for food, but it was well worth the wait. Excellent Fish, Steak and Ale pie and leg of lamb slices. Prices are slightly about average, but worth every penny. Would go again.
Had baked haddock, which was delicious but lacked vegetables, so had to order a side of garden peas.
Hand cut chips were some of the nicest I've eaten. Also had a really tasty (and very filling) chicken and bacon sandwich. Lady who welcomed us was very friendly and guy serving was nice too. Great atmos, location and pleasant interior too. Fantastic place.
The Blue Bell Inn exceeded our expectations. The room was small but very comfortable and efficiently laid out. The bathroom was compact but with enough counter space for two wash kits, and a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The view was of the hills beyond that are magical! The food was fan
This is a lovely village pub with great friendly staff. I did not have a meal however the choice of real ales on offer was fantastic. I tried probably more than I should and and each one was pulled excellent and had a great flavour.
You don't have to say anything if you give 5 stars ⭐ to this place! If you don't believe you need visit today ! You wont regret going.
One of the best pubs I've been in, in a long time! The staff are just lovely, great location and food. They also had good gluten free options. Would strongly recommend!
