I love coming here, mostly because of how delicious the food is.
The restaurant is a bit bland for a place that has such a varied menu too.
My biggest con for PH is how long it takes. You wait 35+ minutes for one plate of food and besides from being cooked fresh, I can't actually figure out why it takes so long to serve like 4 pancakes lol
Always enjoy popping in here to have a sweet pancake with fresh fruit and syrup. Friendly staff. Worth a trip of you're in town.

The service was quick the Canadian crepes were really good even if i dont particularly enjoy eating apple it was the caramel and walnuts that tempted me to buy it π

Food was good but the service was incredible. Even when packed the single waiter was calm, polite and professional. I'll happily go to eat there again and definitely bringing my little ones back as they loved it

On our recent encounter all the food for every customer took a very long time.
Everyone was waiting 40 minutes, we made the mistake of ordering 1 waffle basket and that also took a good 30 minutes. Not sure if the staff or management have changed but its a lot slower. Even the just eat drivers were waiting a good 30-40 minutes
Good pancakes but also now savouries too - I had a bacon and egg sandwich which was full of filling and well cooked. Clean excellent value and tasty with a friendly service.
Really great burger! My kid loved the S'more waffle. Nice little venue.
Lovely food, nice staff,the restaurant lacks personality but when the food is good, prices are reasonable ,staff nice you can forgive the lack of personality π
