Took our grandson there for lunch on Thursday he's 11 years old and he chose a typical meal for his age group, he was a bit miffed because the play area was closed for maintenance. But he was quoted to say he liked it there because everyone spoke to him after he'd eaten his meal our waitress came over and said as he'd eaten all his lunch he could now go and play which was now open, she made him feel very special. For what we paid I can only say the 3 of us had a very nice meal and the staff were excellent well deserved 5 stars ty
Wow....lovely meal, helpful friendly staff....and so much choice! Suffering from coeliacs you get used to one or two choices but here there was no such restriction!
First time here today food was lovely good portion size for children our daughter enjoyed her dinner and pudding only downside is lack of choice with dessert will defo be returning

Phoned day before to ensure table for 14 available after family attended funeral at Crematorium next door. Upon arrival, shown to reserved tables. The staff member on duty couldn't have been more attentive - had a very good attitude. Set up tab and ordered food & drinks all served in good time. Would return.

We called in here on the way home. Food was quite good and plenty of it. Cocktails 2 for £10 were lovely. The place could do with a good deep clean apart from that it was good
Decent food and play area for the kids was a bonus touch! Worth a visit if have kids. Service was quick
Nice place for family day out on the pub there are 2 side. One next to the bar area more modern and nice. They have one pool table as well. Good free car parking area also have one electric fast car charger in the car park.
Just popped in for 20 minutes. My friend's mothers wake was there. We were very much taken care of. The buffet they put on was lovely, staff very friendly. Highly recommend a visit
Really enjoyed our stay, we were there for a wedding and as we checked in were offered prosecco! Great way to start our weekend!
The breakfast was really nice with a big selection, the pub was traditional with a pool table.
We had a few questions about places to go etc... and the staff were great, really friendly, were happy to help and gave us some local tips.

We visited this afternoon for a birthday lunch. All staff (Jen, Louise and Anna) were extremely friendly and very attentive.
We had brought in a cake which they lit and brought to the table and made our son feel very special.
The food was served quickly and was delicious.

We went for a carvery on the weekend, nice area for the kids to have a little play while we waited for our food. Staff were all very accommodating for our kids (picky eaters). Jen was our waitress and she was fab. Nice place for a quick Sunday lunch.
I booked a table for 16 people for my husbands 50th Birthday which ended up last minute being 20. The staff welcomed us on arrival and were more than happy to set us and extra table. The food was excellent and quick to arrive considering the large group. the staff were very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much bother. I have been very impressed and happy with the dinner and service. Kristie, Nick, Gail and Meah are a credit to the restaurant and the job they do. 5 star service
Best carvery in Kettering! Has such a good selection of food on the counter. Got unlimited soup and crusty bread rolls as a starter which was included in the carvery price. £9.99. Got all 3 meats, turkey, beef and gammon and then everything else was unlimited too! Lots of veg and yorkies my way. Very full and happy bellies! :D

I paid £9.99 for a full adult English breakfast which includes a child free. My daughter is 12. Fresh hot breakfast includes sausages, bacon, black pudding(yuck), hash browns, beans, tomato halves and fried eggs, with a choice of brown/white bread & rolls.
Also a choice of cereals and milks, including toppings & fresh Danish pastries and croissants. Fresh juices went down a treat right before a cappuccino from the machine.
Also a play area is open and available for children to play in at no extra cost. I believe they stop serving at 10am. I hope this helps (",)
