The food here WAS brilliant, but the customer service from the female staff member was AWFUL. It's a shame they've now closed, but they didn't advertise enough and it would have been better for them if they joined one of the delivery apps to free up their own staff from having to deliver and allow them to continue with the food prep. Their prices were also very low in comparison to other food outlets, so I imagine with the increase in bills, rates, stock etc... it became unsustainable. I would have happily paid a little extra if the customer service improved on behalf of the 1 member of staff that let the shop down, and it would have been great if they increased their opening hours because they would definitely have attracted more customers, especially via a delivery app. I've had food from their shop for years, and had delivery from their own website but so many people just didn't know they were there when I mentioned them which is a huge shame because they were such good value for money and the food was lovely and fresh to order. KGH staff will miss them as well as they used to cater for them at the hospital, so they'll be glad for the restaurant to open in the hospital in 2023! Such a shame for a long running business. Another one bites the dust in kettering.
4 years ordering from here and just wow. My Wednesdays are now Baguetta-Wednesday’s. I cannot fault how good their Jacket Potatoes are as well as their service and the People whom work there, tasty food, lovely and helpful people and always on time. As a lunch suggestion I recommend jacket potato, butter, BBQ chicken, mushrooms and cheese £3.90!! You will not regret it! Thank you Baguettaway.
Best sandwich shop around. The food is good quality, fresh and oh so yummy, the guys are friendly and polite and happy to receive customer feedback. I can't believe I'd forgotten about this Gem but I'm pleased I've been reintroduced. Long may you continue!
Best place in town to get lunch, customer service is very professional, been going here for years.
Fab in store service and delivery service, emailed this morning got a delivery before lunchtime. In store the workers were polite and patent as I was unsure what I fancied, even gave me some suggestions.

Had a lovely jacket potato with cheese beans and spring onions. This place is great value , and worth a visit .
Fantastic healthy baguettes with delicious fillings, been coming here for nearly 20 years and the food is always excellent and friendly staff too .
Can't beat them. Breakfast rolls great value and best in Kettering.
