Been twice now...once for lunch with little one & once for Steak Date Night....both times food was delicious, staff very attentive, admit drink prices are a tad steep and food is on the dearer side to most nearby restaurants however you get what you pay for and the quality is far superior to likes of beefeater/harvester etc. Remember this is a restaurant not pub grub! Special shout out to the cocktail/bar waitress last night (blonde, didnt get her name) so enthusiastic & knew her stuff 🍷🍸🍹Thursday Steak Date Night menu great value at £25.95 for 3 course, could perhaps do with a 2 course option as we were stuffed!
First visit to the Kettering M&C and it didnt disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere was just perfect ... its got a real buzz about the place.
The food ... probably THE best steak I've ever had!!! 10/10 Ring that bell!!!
Great service even though the restaurant was very busy, the food was top notch on both our visits so far... The stakes we have tried so far, have been cooked to perfection, To be honest we would say the best steak we have ever eaten. See you again soon �
We had a great time the food and drinks were amazing, the rib eye is the best steak we have ever had and the fillet was lovely too. We will definitely be coming back. Our waiter Alin was fantastic, all the staff were friendly and we never had to wait around for anything.
Our second visit to Miller & Carter and another delicious meal and superb service. Steak cooked perfectly again - not many places can get a rare steak right so its great not have to ask for it blue to guarantee it's rare when it arrives! Our daughter had fish & chips which she said were really good and I had the buttermilk chicken which was succulent, tasty and very filling. Special mention to Alin D - our waiter. He was super efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Good service makes a good meal excellent and between Alin & Julita (hope I've spelt this right!) it was a pleasure to visit again. Think I might have overdone it though with the Expresso Martini (which was also delicious) haha! Looking forward to eating here again :)
Visited Miller & Carter this evening for my mums birthday as a party of 7.
Honestly could not fault the place! great atmosphere, fantastic food and the service was absolutely brilliant! We were looked after the assistant manager and a young lad called harrison, and nothing was too much trouble! Very attentive, knew their steaks and what to recommend to suit our individual tastes too!

Have eaten at Miller and Carter in Birmingham several times so was keen to try the Kettering branch......

Love this place. Me & my husband have eaten here twice and both times we were blown away with the quality of food. Service is great. Harry in particular looked after us amazingly. Can’t wait to visit again.
The steak I was served was full of flavour and absolutely lovely. The only thing I'd say negatively about the starter would be that I wish that they put more scallops in the dish as they tasted so good.
The service was brilliant during my visit, our server was very friendly and lovely and made sure we were having a good visit and that she was able to do anything possible to make it great. The banoffee pie I had for dessert was delicious and as always, my favourite! It was just a shame I was full up and couldn't quite finish it! Overall a great experience here and would recommend.
Julita was absolutely phenomenal. I come here always but I have never been told of Free Coffees. I was quite impressed by her service. She’s a lovely lady.

Our waitress Amelie & the team were amazing!
We visit Miller & Carter often, but mostly on special occasions. We’ve been to both Northampton and Grantham but always try to get booked into Kettering as it’s just that little bit closer than the others.
Out of the 3, we’ve never had a bad experience with food or service but our visit with Amelie as our waitress was just that little bit better than the times before. She was obviously busy and on the move at all times but this did not come across when we were being served. She was smiley and the right amount of chatty, was never distracted by her surroundings when talking to us and made sure we were happy when our courses arrived - with an additional check everything was still ok a short while later.
It’s difficult finding the balance between safe, robotic customer service and being overly friendly and over whelming, so it’s nice to see Amelie got the balance on point.
We had absolutely no issues with any of the food.
The manager on the evening shift (22/04/2023) seemed so genuinely pleased with the feedback we provided too so it was an overall fantastic (birthday) visit!
This was the best Miller and Carter I've ever been to. My server Taylor was friendly, attentive and got everything in the order spot on. The food (Dirty burger) was stunning.
Night out easy to book online, greeted just inside the door by friendly staff, taken to our seat. The server was very efficient and quick taking our choices. Drinks and Main course arrived, looked amazing and tasted delicious, everything on the plate was cooked to perfection and was very hot. One of the best meals locally we have had recently. Shame it had to end it was so good. Desserts just as nice and enjoyable. A lovely clean restaurant with very friendly efficient staff serving excellent food. Compliments to the Chefs and thanks to Ryan the Manager for doing an excellent job managing this restaurant - could not fault a thing. Well done
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal but the only issue we had was that the steak sandwich did not have nearly enough meat in it. The food was cooked to perfection and filled us just to the right level. Besides that, we got so lucky with our waitress Andrea. Andrea went above and beyond for us when we were at miller and carter. She was so attentive and I've never enjoyed chatting with a waiter or waitress so much. She was very smiley and joyful and continuously made us laugh. Any extra requests we had were met and dealt with straight away. I would recommend that Andrea receives a promotion.

Server was Eve. Very friendly & attentive.
The steaks were perfect & the desert was good.
Lovey meal. Lucy our waitress was really nice and friendly. Food was 100% as always.
