Nine of us in our local walking group called i in on the off chance after being let down at a village pub elsewhere!!! Very friendly nice food. Dogs welcome too. Not far from the river and seems like the hub of the community. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
My pub of the year last year. Just something about the place..... Gorgeous decor, great staff and atmosphere too.... Nice garden and outstanding location. Good for walkers taking on the Nene way or the old railway track..... My food was excellent and so too was my daughters. Superb pub. Dog friendly
We truly loved this place!!! Took my dad for his birthday and it didn't disappoint. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing. The food was fresh, hot and so tasty! We will be going back for sure. Dogs are allowed here as long as they are on a lead which is fine with us. Thank you
Nice simple food and good value at lunchtime. This place is actually really convenient if you're travelling on the A14 and very much nicer than the over-commercial and overpriced options directly on the main road. Easy parking and a pretty garden to sit in out the back.
Fantastic! Short walk from the mooring on the river and worth every step. Staff friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Good beer on tap - including Doom Bar and Abbot Ale.
