Lovely ladies that couldn’t do enough for us and our party. Had a family hen party and they were very hospitable, allowed us to decorate (and did it for us!) and let us swap and change a few of the afternoon tea options. Lovely afternoon, couldn’t rate the Tearoom high enough! Thank you x
Absolutely love this place. Really friendly staff food amazing. Been here for lunches and birthday afternoon tea and couldn't fault anything. Love the 1940s theme really captures it. Can't wait to go back. Brilliant little tea room.
Been popping in here almost like clockwork on alternate Saturdays for about 6 months. Love the place, the staff are friendly and the food is always great. Afternoon tea is always a treat.
See photos of this and heard was a great little place to visit. So me and my sister took the 1 half hours drive to take a look. Lovely little place. Food was lovely and reasonable. Nicely decorated for it's theme. Lovely friendly atmosphere and really friendly staff. Would recommended and would like to go back for a jazz night.
Excellent cream tea best we have ever had and the atmosphere is great especially when sirens went and Churchill spoke and the decorations brilliant a little hidden gem
Been twice now and I have never had a bad afternoon tea.
Scones are homemade I am sure
Just totally the best.
Would recommend.
Brilliant little tea room with a lovely ambience that captures the 1940's. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the food was good too, freshly made sandwiches, cakes, coffee and tea 👍
Absolutely amazing afternoon celebrating my grandparents’ 90th & 95th birthdays. These guys couldn’t do enough for us & have been totally amazing over the last few weeks of organising! Thank you all so very much for making this afternoon even more special!
Had an afternoon tea voucher as an engagement present. What a lovely place. Was like going back 40+ years and being at my aunties. Massive pot of tea. Lovely sandwiches, scones and cakes. We will certainly be returning.
Brilliant staff, great atmosphere, fantastic food and drink. Can't recommend it highly enough. Really looking forward to stopping in again on my next visit to Kettering.

Such a lovely friendly place to visit staff cant do enough to pleaee you would highly recommend a visit and will definitely return x
Very nice setting, it's unique war setting gives a different experience.
It was full of people which was a good sign, we didn't book but they found us a table.
The tea cups are very elegant and made in Britain. You can see the setting in the pictures.
The staff are friendly and polite.
The food was great
We would definitely recommend this place.
My son and I always enjoy our "dates" here. The food is great, the staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is always jolly, fun and calm. The history of the building is something more should be aware of and the way it has been preserved and presented is exactly as you would hope. 10/10 on all counts
Lovely friendly stop-off for coffee in great atmosphere. It was like stepping back in time.
It was a nice themed cafe.
Reasonably basic food and drink options at reasonable prices.
The food options fitted the war/1940s theme of the cafe.
The decor was the best part of this place. Worth a visit.
It seemed like about half of the customers were regular and then others were new like myself and Co
A great afternoon with a Vera Lynn afternoon tea, lovely staff nothing was too much trouble. Recommend a visit.
This is a lovely place to visit in the summer sun, spent a lovely afternoon tea with my boyfriend..beautiful surroundings and quality cakes and teas to your choice..Enjoyed every minute..we definitely will be back! 10/10 service with such lovely staff...
A lovely place, really nice lady served us and it was late too 3.40 and they close at 4. A cafe full of memorabilia. Lovely cake and tea!
Had a great visit with a group of nine. Excellent friendly service great tea and cakes. Lots of interesting ww2 memorabilia to look at.
An amazing place to visit, tucked away behind the library but well signposted from the main road this is a fascinating and well portrayed world war 2 tea room with period furniture and accessories that absolutely suit each other to make this a fabulous and must see venue for any ww2 enthusiast. The food and service were superb as well, the owners are lovely and happy to chat about their business with interested parties. It is both popular with locals and travellers from out of town due to its eclectic charm and great food and service.
We certainly would recommend it and will most definitely be visiting again.
It's a very quaint and atmospheric place. The whole experience does transport back to the 1940's. The attention to detail with the cafe and menu is superb. The food and customer service is excellent too.
