Really great food and service.
Had a late Christmas party here with a big group and were treated so well. They even put out Christmas crackers for us in February! Three course meal was very well priced for the quality- really enjoyed ourselves.
Booked a table for 8, unfortunately we had a total of four drop out one by one.. the hosts of TWA DOGS couldn't have been any nicer,
Really enjoyed my meal after a long hike.. easy 5 stars for every aspect of my visit.
Been going to Keswick for the last 30 years and have always popped into Twa Dogs this year new owners, they were very welcoming place looked great and menu had plenty of variety we also took part in first quiz night which was well organized and great question will definitely be popping in again 👍👍

It's the only pub in Keswick you can call a local for Keswick people.

All the staff are polite and welcoming to locals and visitors alike.
Above the door it should read, there are no strangers in here just friends you haven't met yet.

My wife and I have just had a lovely three night break at the Twa Dogs(end of October) . Our room was warm, spacious and spotlessly clean but also not to noisy as the room was above the bar area. We found the food to be hot and wholesome, priced to match the area which can also be said for the bar prices for drinks.
It's location is a 10 minute walk from Keswick town centre and for those who cannot manage that a bus stop is right out side the carpark.
Would recommend this to any one visiting Keswick.
The staff are loverly and very friendly every time I come here. The food is amazing and a perfect price and is now my favourite pub in keswick.

Amazing service from bar staff! Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We had the rump steak and the ultimate spicy beef burger, absolutely gorgeous can’t fault anything! 5 minute drive from Keswick perfect location.
The Twa Dogs has vastly improved its food. Chef quality at pub prices. Ignore all the earlier reviews which relate to previous organisation. Recommended as an alternative to central Keswick restaurants. Can't comment on accommodation as just came with large group for pre Xmas food
We could not have had a warmer welcome. The service was friendly and professional, the staff/manager was able to make recommendations which we took up. The food was lovely and extremely reasonably priced. We were there a long time but we were never pressured to leave. Would definitely go back next time we visit Keswick!! I just hope the weather is better next time!

My friend and I came for Sunday roast today, I had the beef and she had the turkey. I have to say it was the best roast dinner I’ve had in a long time. The beef was perfect, melted in your mouth, the gravy was delicious and the Yorkshire puddings were the bad boys of all Yorkshire puddings!! Lovely plentiful vegetables with a tasty cheese sauce over the cauliflower. We will definitely be returning and recommending. Also good service from the staff, friendly and attentive. Thanks again 🥰
