Very large area with huge outdoor gardens. It's great using the app as you won't need to queue when it's so busy. We had the mini fish and chips, my friends said it was fine. I also had the apple crumble. Was "ok" was microwaved (they ought to out it under the grill to Crispen up) but left a while to be served as my ice cream was half melted by the time it got to me.

Another great refurbishment and putting a former public building to worthwhile use. The usual excellent and efficient service you come to expect when visiting a Spoons. Not sure it’s being in a former law court but the atmosphere was somewhat subdued?

Not 5 star everywhere but could not fault this one in Keswick We ate there twice during the week. Despite being busy on both occasions the service was prompt and food delicious. Also very very reasonably priced

I know I have reviewed here before but the review of this old Police Station and Court has vanished. Fairly busy on a Tuesday afternoon and plenty of tables need clearing. The locals queue to be served which is fair but not common in UK pubs. Good selection of real ales and ciders. Usual great value, especially with a 50p off CAMRA voucher. Flic and Ic on first visit here. Having a " real lager." An Oxymoron? Lots of separate rooms.

Been a customer lots of times its a typical good quality spoons, food is fast and of good quality, chicken wings are fantastic on the small plates menu, the building is fantastic! Drinks are the same as every other spoons. Can't fault the place.

Good size spoons on the edge of town. Drinks are cheap so can get busy, finding a seat can be a challenge on busy weekends

I was impressed by the design of the pub, it is same like you were in the court of justice. It's amazing. The food was tasty and well presented. The service was fast, and the staff is friendly and nice. I will recommend!

This Wetherspoons has many areas, where you can dine ,prices have rocketed ,still reasonable compared to other eateries in the vicinity.

Nice small spoons with friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Much smaller than other spoons I've been to and quite cramped when busy, but overall a pleasant experience. ☺️

You can't beat a 'spoonies breakfast, with a large apple juice ! Value for money, friendly staff and a great location, in the centre of Keswick. A large, long building with smaller 'rooms' leading off from the main bar area - makes the pub feel a little bit more sociable than some of the more open plan offerings, at other locations.

Typical wetherspoon. Nice staff. Quick service. Usual food. Not enough large tables for big group.

After listening to an elderly gentleman moan about his steak size shape texture etc to the bar afterwards, even though he was sat next to us and said the exact opposite after eating it all we enjoyed a really nice meal after a very long journey back. If I could fault the meals in any way it would be that the chicken needed a little more sauce but that's me being super picky to be fair and probably a little bit greedy lol because it was so good . Service was excellent staff too highly recommend and will definitely visit again on way through Keswick again . 😀

This is good but not as great as Chester Wetherspoons. Even though it was quiet, tables weren't cleared and drinks were slow to arrive. Compare this with our experiences at Chester a couple of weeks before where it was busy and yet food and drink was quick and tables were cleared so quickly.

Love the Witherspoon's chain and this one didn't fail to please. Food was tasty and hot, really great chips and the staff friendly and ready for a chat when bringing our food and drinks. Definitely go back when we next visit Keswick

So what you have to realise is that there is a reason why we need Wetherspoons to keep on going. It's a meal and a drink for an extremely good price, with no blaring music giving your ears a workout. For older people it's a quiet place to meet friends and chat with coffee and not be rushed to leave. Today I had a delicious pizza and soft drink, served with a smile. Hubby had double cheeseburger and a pint, he didn't complain. What's not to like. Thankyou Wetherspoons Keswick
