Lovely spa morning, very friendly staff, lovely facilities & the treatments were excellent. We felt very relaxed by the end & thoroughly enjoyed our morning.

My Daughter, Mum and myself had a lovely time on our 1/2 day Spa experience. We enjoyed our massages and manicure. Our afternoon tea at the Bistro was delicious and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive. I will endeavour to return when I’m next in Keswick.
Spent a great day at the spa with the beginnings package! The facilities are stunning and Victoria our therapist was amazing! We had the back massage and the facial and couldn’t have asked for better! The food was unfortunately mediocre hence only 4 stars but otherwise a perfect day
We just went for a drink in the bar after a walk up Latrigg. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to help us change our newborn. Very nice atmosphere and we'd definitely visit again. Thank you for being so welcoming.

My sister and I spent the day at the spa yesterday, having stayed at the Lodore Falls Hotel for the weekend and their prices for treatments been so expensive, they couldn’t justify them if they tried. What a great choice we made spending the day at Underscar. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and so lovely and courteous. Our food at lunch was great, and we only thought it was going to be a light lunch, but it was more like an afternoon tea - just wonderful. The day was definitely made by the fantastic treatments we had. I had Victoria and I have to say I have had many treatments and been to many spas, but this was truly amazing. I had a full body and facial. Victoria is a credit to Therapists and put most into shame. She was brilliant. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for a wonderful day, Nicky White
Really enjoyed my visit once again. My Mum took me as a treat for my birthday. The treatments were fab and we had the facilities to ourselves which was brilliant. Victoria did an amazing job giving me a facial and my Mum said she had the best massage she’s ever had in her life. Highly recommend Underscar and we will be coming again soon! Thank you 🙏🏼
We had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed all aspects of our visit and the facilities - especially the treatments. We didn’t realise that children were allowed in the pool and perhaps it would have been good to know that beforehand so we would have been prepared for the noisiness, or booked at a quieter time. Perhaps there could be specific times that adults only are allowed to access the pool? That said, it didn’t spoil our experience and all the staff were absolutely lovely. Highly recommended. We arrived at the spa and was greeted by the lovely receptionist. Everything was such a delight we used the facilities and then had 2 treatments with Kirsty. Everything was explained what was going to happen and our recommendations were taken. We then had yet another super experience with the lovely lady that looked after us for high tea. The food was outstanding. I can not recommend the spar at underscar enough. Such a relaxing and magical experience.
