It was absolutely gorgeous. The best Italian we have had. Really friendly staff and efficient service. Would highly recommend.
We arrived a little bit early for our reservation but the staff were more than happy to seat us there and then. We had the garlic bread with cheese and tomato to start, which tasted amazing, could tell it was freshly made! Then myself and my boyfriend both had a pizza each and shared some chips and it was so yummy! Couldn’t finish our pizzas but we took it home as it was too good to leave! The service was fantastic, the food was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! We have already recommended to our families and we can’t wait to return!
Staff we're friendly and professional. Meal was absolutely delicious. It was that good we even ordered a sharing desert which we thought was a fantastic idea . Well recommended and a must visit if your ever in Keswick.
Fantastic meal and excellent service. Staff were brilliant. Would highly recommend visit and I will be going back x
We have been several times with family and friends and it's always been a lovely experience. Staff are attentive and friendly and the food is always top quality. Thank you x
Fantastic freshly cooked food decent priced prosecco £20 a bottle and the deserts to die for
A popular Italian restaurant in the heart of Keswick, & a business which seems to be expanding (it now occupies 3 adjacent shop units!).
Was full when we arrived, but we were seated at a table near the bar to enjoy our drinks & peruse the menu until a table in the main restaurant area became free.
Good value, excellent food & service, & a very enjoyable eating experience.
Delicious food, attentive staff, great atmosphere even at 5.30pm. And the Gelato...! We will be back.
Went here with my partner while staying nearby. Have to say fab food.. Great price.. Friendly polite staff..
Fantastic experience! It came highly recommended by many. Everything we had was delicious. Get the garlic mayo and put it on EVERYTHING! Very kind, helpful and efficient staff! We will definitely return.
Mouthwatering food!
We came here after a long walk up Cat Bells and boy we did not leave hungry!
Starting off we had garlic bread for the table and olives to share. Lovely thin and crispy garlic bread that was not shy on the garlic. Delicious.
Moving to starters we had:
White bait - lovely large crispy fillets (without the head to my girlfriends liking) and a sharp lemon mayo to accompany.
Chilli and Garlic Prawns - as you can see in the picture they were huge and plump! Perfectly cooked I could’ve ordered another plate!
For main course I had pistachio crumbed lamb which was cooked to perfection. Pink in the middle and so tender you could cut with a spoon. It didn’t need the red wine sauce it was that tasty by itself!
Chicken & vegetable arrabbiata - delicious, slightly spicy, good portion size
Tuscan Pork - wow. Amazing! Such a delicious dish. The depth and richness of the sauce was mind blowing. Would love to have the recipe to recreate at home!
10/10. Would highly recommend if you’re nearby.
Very busy on arrival with a wide mix of diners , plenty of which were still in walking gear.
Food was tasty and friendly service . Had the Prawns and Chicken Carborana. Keswick Thirst Quencher ( IPA) went down well.
Pre booked table which wasnt the best, but given it was packed there was no other choice.
Dined at this little Gem.
Stumbled on it by mistake, relaxing music, polite staff. The Polo Carbonera is amazing, the sauce is creamy, the pasta is cooked to perfection, the Chicken and Bacon was great.
Fresh food at its best.
Added to our return list.
Called in for lunch. Staff were very friendly with a great sense of humour. The Seafood Linguine and Tiramisu are highly recommended. Will definitely be returning.
Excellent food and service, great atmosphere. Friendly staff. We had the short rib beef and the salmon carbonara and we swapped halfway through. Both dishes were very tasty but the salmon carbonara just edged it because it was so light. We did start with a tomato garlic bread which was very light and crisp but for us, just needed to have a bit more sauce. We were tempted by desserts and we had Tiramisu and a salted caramel ice cream. Again, both very tasty. In summary, a really nice meal, in pleasant surroundings with friendly staff. We both said we would come back again.
Brilliant friendly service from start to finish! Management so friendly and servicing staff were very attentive and so friendly too!. Food was 5 Star! We will definitely be back! Thank you.
Coelia safe meal. Staff were friendly and multiple options on the menu were gluten free. I had a gluten free pizza which was really nice! They even had multiple gluten free dessert options.
Dropped in to order a takeaway on a busy Easter Sunday having enquired about availability earlier. The staff were extremely friendly confirmed with the kitchen how long it would take (fifteen minutes) and we grabbed a quick drink in the bar whilst we waited. Timing was spot on and the pizza and pasta was fantastic!
Really top quality italian food Really reasonable prices under current times we thought we would have to book but managed a walk in no problem 10 ou of 10 many thanks to the staff.
Casa Bella has spoiled me for other pizzas. It was the real thing, made with skill and pride. I had the buffalo mozzarella veggie pizza and, damn, it was good. The pesto was home made, there was nothing UPF nor processed. I also had a good salad bowl. I wish I was nearer, I would go regularly. The staff were highly attentive and took great pride in their food. It was a real treat but I miss it!
Had a great meal here this week on our visit to Keswick. The service was excellent. We had Rustica pizza, pollo carbonara, and garlic bread with cheese pizza. Loved the thin crust. Definitely recommend.
One of the greatest Italian meals I have eaten. I didn't think it would top my first night in the lakes but it did. Fresh flavourful and perfect. Staff attentive and friendly service quick and atmosphere lovely and festive. So good we ate one night then booked for the following! Absolutely recommend this place! Oh and the crunchy sundae?! To die for! Just a heads up!
Lovely food and great service! They were kind enough to pack my dessert up and get us the bill very quickly, as we had to leave in a hurry. Reasonably priced too
An absolutely brilliant first experience at Casa Bella 🇮🇹⭐️
We visited today for a Valentine’s lunch (14th February), I had booked a table for 12pm just in case - there was no necessity to book a table but I can imagine at night times and on weekends booking would be a good idea!
As soon as we entered we were greeted in a very friendly way by the staff, we were taken to our table and given the lunch menu which has a great selection.
The decor is stunning, a very modern yet cosy space that is ideal for date nights or special occasions, the chairs are also really comfortable.
We received our drinks (2X pints of Pepsi Max), these were really delicious, nice and cold.
The main event, the food…
My partner ordered the spaghetti bolognese, I ordered the meat feast pizza with added mushrooms and we got a bowl of chips to share.
My pizza was divine, full of flavour and plenty of toppings. A lot of places can skimp on the toppings but not Casa Bella! I literally could not fault the pizza.
My partner said the spaghetti bolognese was lovely - great flavour and texture. She also really liked the fact that she got given a little bowl of Parmesan so she could add it as she wished instead of having it put on by a member of staff.
The chips were great too! Very crispy but fluffy inside, a generous portion size too for the price.
There were also two little complimentary love heart chocolates that arrived with the bill, a nice touch for Valentine’s Day and they were actually really delicious!
I wish we were hungry enough to try the gelato, the flavours looked outstanding and will definitely have to make room next time we visit.
All in all, Casa Bella is a must visit if you’re in the market for a classy yet cosy Italian restaurant and the staff really make the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
I look forward to returning if this first experience is anything to go by!
Went on Sunday for a quick meal. We booked and got a lovely table by the window. It is a popular place and soon filled up. It did seem to cater well for big groups.
The food and service were first class. Seafood Pasta was lovely and there was a lot of it. I couldn't fit in a pudding.
My partners pizza was also very good. Crispy and spicy.
We really enjoyed our weekend in Keswick. Everywhere we ate was first class.
Really good service with super friendly and helpful staff. Our drinks came flat with no fizz whatsoever but they were quickly replaced with no fuss. Salmon carbonara was slightly bland but goats cheese pizza and chunky chips were good

Just great, tasty, no fuss food. Place was busy but seemed to be well staffed to cope with the demands. I had 4 cheese pizza but swapped the blue cheese for artichoke hearts and it was delightful, the thin base tastes better than it looks perhaps haha. My partner really enjoyed their sausage ragu and cheesecake. I had some gelato for dessert and it was really great. Would definitely recommend visiting if you are in Keswick. They also do takeaway Gelato all day.
We showed up on a Saturday night and got a table instantly, staff were very quick to pick up and deliver the ordered pizzas. Thin crust, cispy and filled with toppings, we were impressed with the deliciousness of the pizza. Got a bottle of wine aswell, to go nicey 😊
Overwall a really pleasant experience, keep on the good work ❤️
