Best service and scones in the UK.!!! Mrs F is soooo funny and hospitable we wanted somewhere cosy in between hikes and found this treasure in Keswick. Make sure you stop buy and try some of the delicious cakes / pies and scones. You will not regret, your cheeks will hurt from laughter and your belly will be full - I’ll be visiting again soon

Like stepping into a cosy home, this little cafe is absolutely lovely. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had the hot chocolate, scone and homemade chocolate fudge cake and it was all delicious! The absolute best hot chocolate we've ever had! Thank you so much 😁🤤

Fabulous, quirky cafe with upcycled furniture, super friendly service, large coffee cups and homemade food made with pride. We had the best minestrone soup we have ever had, with sourdough toast, plus large cappucinos, £20 altogether. Good menu choices and lots of cake available. One not to miss!

I LOVED my visit to Mrs F’s…. Lots to look at, great cosy vibe, great to sit by the fire and dry off…. And then there was the yummy soup and cheese scone. Great place to meet up with family I see too little. Loved to have an opportunity to do a bit of knitting and feel immediately part of the family. Thank you.

This place is an absolute diamond. We quickly nipped in almost by accident because we missed the bus and couldn’t face an hour in the freezing cold. I went in first to see if it was okay to bring the dog in. They were fine with little poppy coming in btw. The first thing I noticed was the owner Simone. As I was coming in she was helping a lady with a walking stick over the step. Then she gave her the sweetest hug. It was only a fleeting moment but I remember thinking it seemed so genuine and how rare it was for people to have that level of warmth towards customers. Then when I got in I was hit by the atmosphere straight away. The decor is eclectic and bit eccentric which I absolutely love. The sofas are big, comfortable chesterfields and everyone seems to know each other even if it’s their first time there. The whole place has the feeling of a living room filled with love. It’s hard to explain but it’s what I imagine the living room from the Burrows (Ron’s house in Harry Potter) feels like. This is a real testament to Simone who is one of the loveliest, warmest, most interesting and authentic people I’ve met. As soon as she starts talking to you, it’s likes you’ve known her forever. She has a natural gift for bringing people together in a really wonderful way. I only had a hot drink because it was the end of the day but the hot chocolate was wonderful! Full of marshmallows and cream (all the good stuff). If I could sum this place up in one word it would be SOUL. From the people, to the food, the decor and even the tea cups - everything about this place has so much character which is getting rarer and rarer to find these days. Will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town.

I came upon Mrs.F’s when walking around Keswick and I’m so glad I popped in. I was greeted by Mrs.F herself and she made me feel at home straight away. The decor is unique, fun and quirky “just like my nan’s sitting room.” I had a homemade scone it was truly the best scone I’ve ever had. I would recommend anyone is Keswick to pop by, try the delicious food and have a chat with Mrs.F, she’s a treasure.

(Translated by Google) We came on a rainy day and just wanted to have a quick coffee. A few soups, toasties, scones and hot chocolates later and we left satisfied. The homemade lemonade was also very tasty. I have never eaten such a delicious soup. We make everything ourselves. The owner was more than just friendly and also very funny. It is a unique place that you don't often experience. If I lived here I would definitely be there more often.

Easily a new favourite place. The food was excellent, and the price was definitely more than reasonable. The owner was a dream, and it was very evident she cared for all her customers. I came in feeling very overwhelmed with the days hustle and bustle and 'joys' of half term and she was a soothing balm. I left feeling reset and relaxed and well fed.
