Had a massive plate of freshly cooked food and a proper cup of tea, very friendly service and the sound of someone happily singing in the kitchen! Well worth the visit.

Great, fast, service. Very efficient!! Quality breakfast. Well-done fried bread is a sign of a fab cafe - crisp and dry with not a hint of sogginess. Will be going again...

The quintessential Full English Breakfast. Home-style, friendly, and convivial. The atmosphere of a pub in a road-side cafe. Unpretentious but 100% perfect at hitting its target. If you want a breakfast, any time of day, this is the place to be.

Myself, my dad, my sister and her partner went in for a meal after a weekend in Dawlish. We enjoyed our meals (if there was 1 complaint the portions were too big)!!! The staff was really polite, we will definitely go back again

The restaurant next to the race course has a free car park right outside that might not be great for caravans in high season. Inside the seating area is spacious and comfortable. The menu had a number of options for each meal of the day. Not much to choose from for the veggies amongst us. On the counter there is a small board with a couple of choices including gluten free. I ordered the Large breakfast which included 2 Sausage 2 Eggs 2 Bacon Fried Bread, Mushrooms, Baked Beans, Hash Brown and Black Pudding and 2 slices of white toast. The staff provided good customer service and were happy to swap the black pudding for any other item. The Eggs were perfectly cooked fresh to order. The rest of the breakfast was reasonably satisfactory.

It is what it is. A good old school Rd side cafe that dishes up great breakfasts and good value. If your after Gordon Ramsey style food this won't be the place to go. If your after a good meal on your way from A to B you won't go wrong.. Staff are great. Is dated but clean and loads of parking.
