I've had an overall positive experience with this supermarket, and here's a detailed review of my observations: The standout feature of this supermarket is its exceptional staff. Whether you're shopping in-store or receiving deliveries, the staff has consistently been kind and accommodating. We have weekly deliveries, and their delivery personnel maintain the same level of courtesy and professionalism. While the food quality is undeniably excellent, it's worth noting that it can be a bit on the expensive side. However, you get what you pay for, and the superior quality often justifies the price tag. The convenience extends to the parking facilities, which are good and make shopping hassle-free. A well-organized parking area is always appreciated, and this supermarket delivers in that regard. One minor drawback is that sometimes the date on the products, especially those delivered, can be a bit short. This is particularly noticeable when ordering meat and fish, as they may have a limited shelf life. It's frustrating when these items expire only a couple of days after the delivery, so it's something to keep in mind when planning meals. On the plus side, the supermarket maintains high standards of cleanliness. A clean shopping environment is crucial, and it's clear that they prioritize this aspect. In summary, this supermarket has a lot going for it, including excellent staff, quality products, good parking, and cleanliness. However, the slightly higher prices and occasional issues with product expiration dates, especially for meat and fish in deliveries, are areas where there's room for improvement. Nonetheless, it remains a reliable choice for quality groceries and service.

We went there purely for the sushi counter... Good selection and you can order and they will make it fresh. Sashimi taste fresh but the sushi rice wasn’t that good the first time we tried. Second time we decided to just buy the sashimi and we made the sushi rice at home and it was delicious 😋 Waitrose itself have some very good offers and love they sell those beef rib bones.

It's amazing the difference you can make to your personal situation when you relinquish a little of life's conveniences. Rather than the two miles I used to travel to use the nearby Sainsbury's, Tesco or Morrisons, I now go the extra 6 miles to enjoy a thoroughly wonderful supermarket experience that is Waitrose Kenilworth. What a difference! Great parking, a clean and tidy store, friendly and helpful staff who are smart and well-spoken, a great selection of produce that stops just shy of going over-the-top, and really nice staff on manned check-outs. Not only that, but there's a great café inside and, of course, the leafy village of Kenilworth itself if you want to make an afternoon of it. Splendid! From now on, my regular supermarket for all my grocery needs!

I enjoy shopping at Waitrose Kenilworth. Good quality product, helpful friendly staff and easy to navigate in your wheelchair.

This Waitrose is top notch. Been going here for years, they’ve always been very kind, the have plenty of variety, veggies, meat, venison, etc. Clean place, helpful staff. Once they had a fire and they had to re stock everything. I asked for tomates and they went to get some just for me.

Having been a customer for years, the high standards and product quality, need no justification. Simply superb.
