Stumbled across this when wandering around on the way to get some breakfast, and noticed they did a fry-up, so stopped off there. And glad we did! It's a comfortable spacious cafe with free-standing chairs/tables, popular with the older crowd and a perfect place to take a load off for a cuppa plus cake, as they have a great assortment in the display racks. I was happy with the small breakfast which came with toast (that was delivered sooner so cooled off by the time the main dish arrived) and a pot of tea. It wasn't a large plate, but contained all the right ingredients. Although brown sauce and ketchup are available, I didn't see any mustard. Great value, speedy service - will certainly revisit when I'm next in the area.

We keep going back to The Rocking Horse as we enjoy the good choice of food and the friendly atmosphere there. Breakfast is our usual meal as there is a lovely selection. The cost is reasonable and all food items are freshly cooked. Our choice of coffee is a cafetiere. A totally enjoyable experience.

First time visit since new ownership. Great food & excellent service but had hoped they had moved onto proper barista coffee rather than push button machine but sadly not. Highly recommended for food.

I'm a regular customer at The Rocking Horse and the food is always great! It's always busy, which days everything. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I always enjoy my visits and recommend others try it as well.

Popped in at lunchtime for tea and scones.......was told they'd been baked that morning and wow absolutely delicious, melt in the mouth yumminess. It's under new ownership and has had a makeover too, it looks much more modern and cosy. Would fully recommend this place for something to eat if you're in Kenilworth, great place.

A proper traditional cafe. Great coffee and a lovely breakfast. All served with a smile and a touch of humour. We met up on a Saturday morning for a meeting over breakfast and this was an ideal place.
