Marra - Kendal - Photo album

What a lovely place to have lunch! The sourdough pizzas were delicious and other food selections were very fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. I wish we live near Kendal otherwise we'd be back regularly.
Tucked away down a snicket this really is a hidden gem of a cafe. Staff are fantastic and friendly, atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food is phenomenal. The menu is built around their sourdough bread and is wonderful. Went back twice as it was so good. Not to mention the fresh cakes as well
I don’t know how I hadn’t tried this beautiful place before! We had the most delicious artisanal pizzas with perfectly balanced salad! Coffees are lovely and a helpful and friendly service!! Will become a regular for sure.
Friendly staff and prompt service. The cafe was lovely and the pizza delicious. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!
Gorgeous little cafe in Kendal, me and my partner stopped here for a pizza and drink when we arrived and had a lovely introduction to the area and our holiday! Would definitely recommend
Ended up in this cosy cafe and pizzeria a little bit by accident but what a find! Not only the venue is super cute and decorated with love, but the food is incredible. Lovely salads, super yummy pizzas and great cakes. We visit Kendal often, so certainly a place we will keep going back to.
Mara is a straight-up amazing cafe/restaurant in Kendal. Set in a cute yard away from the busy market square, they serve amazing food and coffee with great service. They also do great pizzas at The Tap on Fridays!
I had a delicious piadina and oat latte for lunch. The service was incredibly friendly and the space was bright and airy. I'd definitely like to come back to try some more things from the menu - the pizzas look great
Amazing cafe. Cannot find fault. Has the perfect balance of great food, drinks and atmosphere! Had the Smoked Makrel ciabatta which was a bit too sensible a portion size for how good it was! I could have eaten another easily!
It is not just another cafe. It is a exciting interesting place. Warm friendly atmosphere, old open beams, log fire. The best bit for me was the food, outstanding sourdough pizzas and street food taken to another level you would not expect in a small town. Best place in Kendal
