Ok it's McDonald's, but for the kids it's an occasional treat!!.. The Kendal restaurant has been recently refurbished to a high standard, always clean and pleasant surroundings, with a large open plan space making it a pleasant visit every time!
Update 2024: Kids grown up and won't join me anymore 😅.. I'm still partial to a sneaky maccies, and always find Kendal clean, good service, piping hot food would be a bonus! But it is what it is, value fast food 🚀
The burgers at this outlet don’t meet up to the usual McDonald’s standards. I’ve had McDonald’s meals in many countries and this is the most disappointing by far.

Really smart looking McDonald’s fast-food restaurant in Kendall - modern, clean and stylish fit-out with self-service ordering available as well as traditional counter service too. Team were all quick and ready to serve customers on a Sunday morning. Had a strawberry milkshake - always a winner! Probably the nicest fit out of a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.
Like going back in time before drive thru's. Not seen one like this for years, mainly because I don't use city centre ones. Took a while to get served because of all the 'Just Eat' delivery drivers. Rubbish for parking though.

The food was fast and it was hot and fresh, never had this at McDonalds.

Cleanest McDonald's I've eat in before table's sprayed and wiped down ready for next customer. Toilet sparkling clean and had a lovely pleasant smell....

Not a bad McDonalds but the play area gets a little meaty. 11-13 year olds ruling the roost whilst toddlers are used as canon fodder. Will develop some tough kids. Manic on a school holiday.
Fast and efficient service for a Saturday evening on return from a football match at Blackpool
The fillet of fish had a tiny miserable scrap of cheese in one corner and a spot of sauce in it. The children enjoyed their meals and the play area. Ice cream lovely but as usual there were no milkshakes, Fanta or Sprites. They need to get their act together as regards supplies .
Ok food nice bit crazy at times lots of Ubers otherwise brill!!
No worse or better than any other Mc Ds really.
