Again, I've not got a clue as to why there's an abundance of negative reviews here. As someone who frequently uses this branch of Subway, and have done consistently for the five years that I've lived in Kempston, I can confirm that I've never once had an issue with the temperature of the food, the wait times or the level of customer service. In fact, the customer service recently has been very good, the poor girl at the till had a very sore throat and could barely speak a word, but was determined to soldier on and took it all in good humour. The buffalo chicken sub tastes amazing with the new blue cheese sauce, by the way!
There must be some very unlucky people out and about leaving negative reviews, because I've yet to experience a bad Subway 🤷♂️
Really great staff here, they offered me a Christmas special Gluten Free sub with a latte.
I asked a few questions regarding what I could eat and was surprised by the options, only downside is they only have 1 type of bread but hey it was very nice regardless.
Turkey/Bacon/Hash Brown Sub
This is the best place to get your sub, the staff is so nice and friendly, Kiran and Praise are so lovely and patience, they always serve you with a beautiful smile on their face. You always get an amazing service from them.
Nice place to have quick lunch snacks served coffee and tea too 👌

Good place to eat, it's not very crowded, the food is just as good as any other subway and there is a variety of different drinks to choose from such as Pepsi or even Lipton ice tea, these drinks are refillable with no extra cost or unnecessary trouble. Finally, the staff are are kind and helpful they don't sass and focus on their work, plus, they don't make the customers wait to be served. I recommend.
They produced a fine selection for over 40 people, with no complaints.
