Food was absolutely fabulous, we got what we ordered which doesn't always happen at other branches!
My only negative is that the parking spaces are really tight.

After hearing so many negative comments about this particular restaurant, I was a bit apprehensive, However I was getting really hangry and just wanted KFC gravy!!!
It was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Hot, Fresh, DELICIOUS, & Everything I needed it to be. The service from the lovely young gentleman was polite and friendly (I don't do touch screen technology things at my age....I need a human to take my order) The restaurant was clean and tidy too. The order was ready in a timely manner and myself and friend were 100% satisfied with everything from start to finish. Thankyou for saving Bedford from a Hangry me💛
Food was good, but the girl forgot to give the chips and 2pc chicken even when I asked was everything in there. Will be back when they fix their teething problems.
I am not a fan of KFC as a rule.
This branch is as good as it gets.

I'm lovin the rice zinger salad....chicken and everything I've tried here always been great. Once had bad service but was rectified. Only once out of dozens of times I've been here. :-).....mmmmm
Best place people can’t take its halal and talkin rubbish
Nice clean area with the usual range of menu for these places. The service is good, usually fairly quick as it never seems very busy when I go during the week and the food is hot which is good. I hate cold chips. Portions do seem a bit small for the price though. I guess that is all over and not just this branch.
