Went to this retail Costa & was served by I think he was called Adam. Very kind, polite & professional. Made me & my cousin feel most welcome to this Costa. Not too busy there this morning & nice & tidy. Thank you.
My white hot chocolate was beautifully presented and it tasted great too! The Tiffin and salted caramel millionaire piece was also delicious!

Costa coffee cafe and drive thru on the retail park eastside of the interchange retail shopping area. Can be Surprisingly busy at times selling the usual costa coffee cafe fair of hot toasted sandwiches, cakes, Buisquits, and ice drinks. Staff are frendly and busy at peak times they are very busy. T

Sockets to charge phone and wheelchair. The lip going in needs to be negotiated carefully but electric doors. Great place to sit. Disabled loo accessible - enough to turn chair round but would be tight if you needed a helper
Great place for a coffee break while at the interchange. The baristas will make your drink however you like so don't be afraid to ask!

Just been into the Bedford interchange and I wanted to thank the two members of staff working today. It was busy but received service with a smile, a great Latte and a bap! Not to mention a little excitement over a white chocolate star. Great staff and lovely food. Merry Christmas!
