Moved back to Kelso recently and this take away is a real find. Great good delivered fast. Good choice and tasty flavours!
Just to say that my review was for Lemon and Thyme. I've heard that the restaurant has either changed owners, or has a new chef and I've not been since it because Salt'n'Fire. I hope it is still as good as it was.

We had dinner in Kelso tonight on a whim, without reservation. Everything was full but Salt & Fire were able to seat us. The food was soo good! The burgers are fantastic and the wanton were delicious. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend !!
Great food, excellent service, very reasonable prices. We had dinner there twice during our four night stay in Kelso, and were very satisfied with the experience!
Had an absolute rare laugh tonight. Staff were very friendly and humorous! Couldn’t see a drink licence in sight and they didn’t seem to know where the personal license holder was but all the same had a great time. Food was absolutely delicious, I would definitely recommend!

Look, this place deserves a 5 star review. The food is fantastic and at a good price for a top quality menu. Waitress Rebecca was brilliant. The only drawback is logistical: half the starters menu not available, ingredients missing from the mains, running out of house wine ... A restaurant pitching

Nicest veggie/vegan food had in a while, aubergine wrap and cauliflower salad, well tasty and consistently good.
Just had take away burgers and fries. Absolutely superb food, which was easy to order and pay for online. Highly recommended.
One of these rare places I'd like to give 6 out of 5. Staff superb, food fantastic quality with inventive cooking. Never had such a good rack of lamb on a dahl which included rhubarb. Wonderful and definately going back next time I'm in Kelso.
