Superb beer Great food Lovely atmosphere Attentive staff Brilliant experience We went on a Friday evening the other week. Paul and the team are lovely people. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing meal in the countryside. The food is so good I've had the same thing 3 times! I'm looking forward to going again soon.

The food was amazing, excellent service. Lovely walking area along the Thames river to work off the food. Could not fault it at all. Will definitely be back

A little gem off the beaten track, stayed over the Valentine weekend, arrived to a roaring log fire in the bar area and after a few drinks decided to go to our room which was amazing. Booked a table in the restaurant for a evening meal, the food was fantastic and the staff was so welcoming .

This was a Mothering Sunday treat and I was very pleased. My mum was thrilled to be there and we were constantly commenting on the level of service, how yummmy the food was, and how we looked forward to coming back soon.

Quintessential Cotswold pub, a little off the beaten track but WELL WORTH A DETOUR! Cycling in the Cotswolds every Monday, we always search out a different venue for a quick coffee stop. 72 miles is probably too long a round trip for some tho' especially so if only stopping for 15 minutes!🚴☕️👌
