I have enjoyed drinks from this coffee shop on various occasions, which were always quality and served by nice staff. Recently, I went here to buy a gift card for a friend and they were quick in explaining only one card was available then taking my transaction for it! The vibes are pleasant in here
Service excellent..... toasted sandwich OK but expensive for what it is.We were lucky and had a £2 reward off food.

The quality of the food is the essentially the same as the majority of the Costa chain, but the staff are far friendlier here than a lot of the other stores, and make the experience stand out against the general repetitive nature of the company's identikit cafés.

A really nice 'Costa Coffee' branch in the heart of Keighley, located in the Airedale shopping centre. The staff are nice, the prices are normal Costa tariffs and the drinks were lovely. Will return when my usual, independent coffee retailer is shut.
