Have been meaning to give this place a visit for the last 6 years. What can I say. “ shoulda gone sooner”.
I had turkey the wife had beef and both were melt in the mouth.
the plates are never hot enough for me. Like the wife says. not everyone wants there plate glowing hot. the veg were
just as they should be and the roasties were a meal in themselves. will we be going again yes and it will be sooner rather than later. well done to all the staff

Super service, friendly staff, delicious food, tasty gravy. Bread sauce a bit odd, but cannot detract from a lovely meal. Excellent value for money. Maybe next time I'll have room for sticky toffee pudding.
We have just had a lovely, stress free dining experience. Val, our waitress was so accommodating to our little boys needs, even though it was packed and she was so busy. We find it difficult eating out as our son needs a dairy free diet and we are often regarded as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer at other establishments. However Val spent time with us going through the menu and organised specially prepared food for him. Our son said it was the best restaurant ever as he could have the same as us. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
I arrived with my wife on Tuesday and it was very busy but after only 5 minutes we were shown to a table. The staff were polite and friendly and we got served very quickly. The carvery was very nice and we loved the sharing sundae ! Would defo recommend and we will be back �
We go fairly regularly and have always been very happy with the standard of food and service.it does not matter if it is two or ten people . So much fresh veg, cooked well, a choice of tasty meats and an extremely competitive price .
I went there with 9 other family members, busy as they were the staff were polite and helpful. The meal was first class. There was no rushing. The young lady who brought out my grandsons birthday cake was lovely, even wafting away the smoke from the rather large sparklers that were ignited. Pleasant all round
Just love going to Toby, the food is to die for and now its been refurbished Keighley is one of the best. Love love love the Toby app. All booked in again for Thursday xx
Had a great meal. Staff very helpful and polite. Suzanne our waitress was very good and couldnt do enough for our party of 14. Food delicious, especially the icecream sundae
Seven of us arrived for a birthday meal without booking. After a few minutes we were seated with drinks even though it was busy.
The carvery was to everyone’s satisfaction, as usual, and four sweets disappeared quickly.
The staff are friendly and efficient.

We went yesterday for lunch and although it was busy we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Refurb is great, just what the place needed. Carvery was lovely as always!
Lovely place. Found me a table, on Boxing Day, even though I hadn't booked. Highly recommend the Salted Caramel Profiterole Sundae. Only complaint was I was too stuffed to ride my bicycle afterwards!
A good example of a Toby Carvery. Tried on a Wednesday evening and it was fully booked! Went back after booking a couple of days later and all was as you'd expect from a Toby. Good roasts and lots of fresh veg along with all the gravy. One star knocked off for service as i got forgotten about for quite a long time when trying to pay my bill.
My wife and I have been visiting this location, usually for lunch, many a year and have always been pleased with the food. Occasionally the choice of 4 meats can be cut to 3 and the veg a little dry. They depend on a very good and fast turnover of dishes to keep all of them looking appertising which is usually the case. However one thing does not vary and that's the staff. In partucular Amanda and her husband are always great. Friendly and very helpful. They are also always cheerful. It's always a pleasure to go and enjoy ourselves.
We didn’t book but got a very warm welcome from Gill and Harri, there was only 2 of us so only had to wait 10 mins for a table. Headed to the bar where we were greeted by Aaron who was very friendly. Food was excellent, staff were brilliant, Isobelle and Joanna were very attentive during service. Our carver Jacob was lovely too, great atmosphere, an all round great experience.
You need to cook the beef, not everyone like eating meat or hat is pink and beading. Honey roast parsnips would be nice. This is the fist time I have been in a while as you normally don't cook the beef how I like and there is more meat in service station sandwich. This visit the amount of meat was good but the beef was not cooked enough for us.
A great carvery experience very busy when we visited but we weren't crowded or felt rushed. We were shown to our table and we ordered drinks then went to get our carvery. We had a choice of 4 meats. Pork, gammon, turkey and beef and a great selection of vegetables. The yorkies were huge and everything was cooked to perfection. The toilets were spotlessly clean the staff were all friendly, but Heidi went the extra mile.
I've been coming to Toby carvery for many years up, and up 3 or 4 times per week. I'm very disabled, because of which staff see to my every needs without hesitance. Ben the general manager, Amanda Lisa even sherell the cleaner have helped. The breakfasts are amazing, I love the bacon, the carvery are to die for, value for money. I've designated a well deserved 5 star, anyone who have never been, may I suggest paying a visit. Thankyou to all staff members, especially to Ben and Amanda.
Carvery was very good and food was hot on self service .on arrival we had a welcome from staff on reception. Then shown to our table most enjoyable visit in our party of four.
Really lovely helpful staff absolutely amazing carvery the meat was amazing and the roast potatoes were the best I've ever tasted absolutely brilliant food the mash was dreadfully though like wallpaper paste but the rest of the food was that good u cant moan will definitely be back
The food was good but the staff was a bit slow with getting back to you with the service, didn’t get ask if we want anymore drinks or desserts, so we just paid and left.
Family meal. All catered for with hearty meals and welcoming staff. And all at a good price, too.
The experience was not overly enjoyable but I would recommend the Toby Carvery to other people - the food was of good quality but the atmosphere was quite underwhelming and dull, the price of course was acceptable and it somewhat carried the overall rating of 4/5 stars, it’s cheap and cheerful with moderately quick service, I honestly can’t complain.
