4pm on a busy Friday. Ordering machines were offline and there was a queue but it was only 5 mins to order and then 5 mins to prepare the food. Two box meals, nothing missing and piping hot throughout. The seating area was tidy, with clean tables. For my first KFC in 20 years, and considering the terrible reviews you see all over the place for them, this exceeded my lowered expectations. For my son of 15 having his first ever KFC, he liked it.
The KFC touchscreen ordering kiosk a bit frustrating, geared to up-selling. However service was quick, staff helpful and food was what you what you expect from a KFC.
Called in and went to have something to eat at burger king. Sat on the bridge and watched the traffic go under us. Was actually quite scary when you see the trucks going under us 🥴
Went during a very busy lunch period after sitting in traffic for 2 hours. Ordering was easy although the machines were slow to let you pay. Staff were working as quickly as they could to work through the orders, although you could tell they were understaffed. Food came quickly considering how busy it was.
Motorway service station was fairly quiet so not many people in the queue. Order was ready quickly and tasted great. Staff were friendly
Perfect for a quick break on the road. Fast service too.
Popcorn chicken is finger licking good. You will have 50 and then say "can I have 50 more".
Dropped in after a long dog walk with 2 hungry and grumpy kids, thinking we'd have to grab food and feed them in the car. Nit so! Here was a quiet Kfc, where the food was hot and fresh, and you could actually sit down together at well spaced and spotlessly clean tables, and eat in. This was a massive lockdown treat!
