Hidden Treasures Cafe - Johnshaven - Photo album

What a lovely Hidden Treasure in Johnshaven! The Cafe was toasty warm following the last few days of Babet’s brutality along the east coast of Scotland. I enjoyed a Flat White with a slice of Fruit Loaf and wished I purchased more for later, though most likely it would have been devoured before lat
Really happy with our visit to this cafe, we were greeted with a smile and immediately felt welcomed. Both food and drink were delicious and served quickly despite being slightly busy. I recommend the hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and flake - alongside one mug of it I got some extra on the
Delightful small cafe has yummy home baked coconut cake and fresh cream strawberries tarts. Coffee and tea to go with it. Come from Australia, Shovehaven is reminder of home.
Delightful cafe on the front with seating also available outside facing the seafront. A fine selection of home baking 🍰 light meals filled rolls (bacon, egg etc), also a selection of sandwiches 🥪 various fillings & a soup of the day. Super barista style coffee ☕ plus a wide selection of teas & cold
Nestled away in the quaint fishing town of Johnshaven, hidden treasure tearoom is just as the name would indicate. It is a hidden gem and a must stop on the map of venturing travellers, passing Johnshaven. From what I've gathered, the food is all made freshly on the premises. All of the cakes and b
Delicious home baked cakes and cafe at the harbour in Johnshaven. The service was excellent . The Cafe has a lovely place to sit and admire the views. If the weather is nice there you can sit outside. There are loads of beautifully presented cakes to choose from.
What an amazing cosy cafe, gorgeous homemade cakes etc, great staff and stunning views. Definitely worth a visit in Johnshaven, just spent 2 great weeks in this lovely village. Carol, Kevin, Tracey and Roger
We stopped halfway on a walk for coffees and a sandwich sitting outside. Nice espresso. The place was buzzing and the atmosphere was great. Staff were very friendly. This is a regular stopping off point for us if we're walking this way.
Good, friendly service. The soup was good, needed to add in the extra salt provided, but after that it was very tasty. The chicken and bacon sandwich and chocolate orange cake were delicious. Could not allow dogs inside, so had a takeaway, but still very good. Nice cosy atmosphere inside.
Very welcome coffee and scones in a splendid location
Visited here for the first time today and it won't be the last. It was a delightful place, very busy but they apologised for the wait. The food when it arrived was delicious and the cakes on view were gorgeous. The service was great and the servers were very friendly. We'll worth a visit. I'd defini
I love this little gem of a tea shop right on the harbour. Johnshaven is lovely to visit and the tea shop provides a great food stopover for coastal path journeys. All the usual suspects, cakes, slices, breakfast rolls and coffee and tea. Few seats for dining in, and a bit cheaper for take away (🤣)
The Hidden Treasure Cafe is a hidden gem. I visited Johnshaven to see the old harbour and some of the small fishing boats. Parking is free and then you are free to roam. I was delighted to find the cafe and then to find it open. It had been a cold day so I was very happy to have lentil soup. I also

Lovely tearoom at the harbour in Johnshaven. We opted for coffee which was delicious and a slice of apricot fruit loaf which was scrumptious. Staff were lovely and welcoming.Would highly recommend this wee gem. 😃
Lovely little place! Had the best latte & fab homemade soup! As for the cakes?!!! Leave the diet at the door! It might be cold outside but you're sure of a warm welcome! A real gem - highly recommend!
Lovely tea room with a beautiful view! The soup was delicious, as were the bacon rolls and sandwiches. Good quality bread and rolls. Sadly didn't have room for a cake.... cakes etc clearly labelled for allergens. Will definitely be back. Best of luck, for the owners future ,with this lovely tea
