Simply Scottish - Jedburgh - Photo album

We had a fantastic lunch. Pictures don’t do it justice. Cakes are amazing. Great value and a friendly team 🙂
After a few nights camping at Ruberslaw Campsite nearby, we headed to Jedburgh for a bite on route home. We had not planned a stop and just drove down their quaint little high street and came across Simply Scottish. It looked busy and inviting, we also managed to get an onstreet parking spot across
This place is clean, warm and welcoming, we sat outside today as we had the dogs but the lady that served me asked me if I would like a bowl of water for the dogs and some biscuits she did not have to do that but I thought it was a lovely touch and good customer service. It is a shame we are going h
Been to this cafe a number of times prior to COVID and and absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly and professional. Nothing is a bother. When I went back recently the menu was very different and I took a while for us to find something we wished to order. The tuna sandwich and chips I had were l
Super amazing breakfast. We tried Scottish breakfast, veg breakfast and vegan. Everything super tasty . Please do try their mushrooms, it’s incredible. If you pass through the town. Definitely try it!!
Great wee cafe in Jedburgh. It’s one of our go-to breakfast spots when we’re in the area. It’s always quite busy on weekends but we’ve never had a problem getting a table. The food is lovely and the service is quick. We each had the full Scottish breakfast and a coffee and it was about £23 in total.
Despite me and my friends suddenly rushing in, the staff were amazing and made our food fast. The mac n cheese with bacon was good, and they even gave us a pack with a bunch of sauces and nice packaging. Cool place!
Lovely place friendly staff. Great food. Mac and cheese is the best I have tasted my husband had the falafel burger that was also very tasty
I’ve travelled the World and found the best burger right here in Jedburgh. Blown away. Decent coffee, good value, awesome burger! Perfect proportions made it easy to eat by hand and tasted scrumptious!!!
Delightful- a wee taste of Scotland. Thank you 😊 (dog friendly - we sat outside).
A very busy cafe. Busy because the food is tasty. It's all you would expect from a cafe serving traditional fare in a historic border town. We've been before and we'll be back. Too full to partake of the amazing cake selection on this visit.
Georgios!!!! The homemade flatbread was absolutely fantastic!!!! Thank you for the exposion of taste!
Soup was amazing! Hit the right spot.. maybe a few more oatcake as an alternative to bread n butter... but I'm coming back 😋
Travelling through to Edinburgh. Great place for a meal or snack. Miles better than the Abbey car park one. Got a decent hot , and decent sized cappuccino there as well. Plus service was spot on. Be back for sure. Just park in the tourist information car park and it's a two minute walk.
Absolutely superb lunch, highly recommend the Cullen Skink, and baking.
Ran into this place out of the rain and couldn’t be more happy. Staff were super friendly and the food wonderful. I had the soup - Cullen Skink - and I’d drive back to this town to have it again. Can’t recommend it enough.
Busy Saturday morning but the staff were super friendly, the coffee good and the breakfasts very tasty. Definitely a top spot for a proper brekkie!
Fab place to go for coffee & cake. Great friendly service, reasonable prices. Amazing cakes! Highly recommend visiting, you will not be disappointed.
