It's very easy to use the website to order your food and you get rewards as well if you are a Papa John's member that's what I like to see being reward for buying food from them. There is two let downs for me one is the website and app dose not show real life updates at all one minute is saying they are Preparing my food then it shows that the food is on the way to me am I the only one has this happened to? The other thing is now £1.99 Delivery Charge I'm 3 minute's away by car and it takes them about 10 minute's to deliver the food I'm confused?? Why did they start charging £1.99 for Delivery's as well? The last time I got food from them was in 2020 now down to the food it was amazing as all way's never been let down with the food it's all ways outstanding and full of flavours the pizza was not greasy at all that's what I life to see and the chicken wing's was amazing 😋 and they sell the best cookie in two better then there rivals by far
