Great food!!.... staff are friendly. .but the only disappointment was on the sunday .the buffet. Day.. we waited too long for our drinks had to ask 3 times for them.. plus we waited so long for our naan bread and had asked 2 staff members. ..it finally arrived just as we had finished our food...abit late wouldn't you say. Any way so while we went up and got another plate full of food..they only went and cleard our table ...took our naan bread.. was not happy then

We had a lovely time in Cinnamon Lounge on Sunday. The buffet was great, with big variety of food. It was a big relief for me as there was lots of choice of not too spicy food as I can't handle it :))) But my mom enjoyed the spicy dishes and sauces to the maximum :). We've had a great time! Thank you!

I am often confused in life. Sometimes other people notice it too. In a constant state of befuddlement, I seem to blunder into difficult and embarrassing situations.  What makes this worse is that it doesn’t take much to put me in such a place of bewilderment. Placing appetising food in front of me is often enough.  This is my excuse for my lack of decorum on this visit.

The place is good and so it’s food!!
We’ve tried the set menu and it was yumm.
Though the veg curry served can be improved.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Love the food here. We go there often now. They even do a lunch thali on weekdays and buffet on Sunday. If only it was slightly cheaper, that would have been brilliant

The food of the Indian sub-continent that is served up in London is often inauthentic and formulaic. However, there are an increasing number of eateries breaking free from the shackles of tikka masala to offer more interesting fare. Here are three of them. Samosa chaat Brixton Village's Elephant styles itself as a purveyor of authentic Pakistani street food and its short menu certainly hits the spot. A starter of samosa chaat , with its abundance of chickpeas, would do as a light meal in itself. Vegetarian thali For something more substantial, I recommend going for a thali. I liked my vegetarian thali so much that I actually forgot that cauliflower is on my list of verboten veg! Drawbacks? The naan was a tad anaemic but I can forgive them this given the limitations of the tiny kitchen. Elephant , 55 Granville Parade, Brixton Village Market, Coldharbour Lane, London SW9 8PS Nearest station: Brixton (BR, Victoria Line) Next stop is Isleworth where I enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Cinnam

I love this restaurant. I celebrated my 30th birthday on Saturday in their marquee which was amazing. The staff were so lovely, they opened earlier for me so I could set up all my decorations as I had a travel theme and I knew there would not have been enough time if we started at 11am. The staff worked with me, anything I needed they helped me with the set up and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. My family and friends loved the food from the yummy starters (kebabs, chicken tikka and aloo tikkas) to main courses. The service was very fast and the staff were very friendly. What I loved was, one of the staff members got involved with one of the games as everyone had to build a tourist attraction and I did not want to choose the winner so he chose for me 😊. Had an amazing event there and everyone kept saying to me how good the food was. They also provide bespoke cakes, they looked amazing. I would have booked my cake with them however I booked my cake before finding a venue for my party. If you are looking to book a party or to go for a lovely lunch or dinner, book with Cinnamon Lounge. In terms of parties, there is a lot of packages so you can choose based on your budget. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Cinnamon Lounge for making my 30th party one to remember!

I only visited this place for takeaway service. But it seems it caters for a lot of night outs from the local West Middlesex Hospital, prior to the pandemic. The takeaway order was quick and tasted fantastic! I had ordered the vegetarian lunch box, which had quite generous portion, very tasty and healthy. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The interior is very spacious and can host large gatherings, which is probably why this is the chosen venue for meetings and dos from the local hospital. Luch deals are definitely recommended!

Buffet food and drinks were very nice. Only thing was the dosa was not thin and crispy and filling had too many onions and not enough potatoes. No sambar and no variety of chutneys.

It was an idyllic Sunday and my wife's birthday :). After shortlisting some places we decided to give the lunch buffet at Cinnamon Lounge. It was one of the best decisions. We were given a warm welcome from the word go. Dining inside as well as outside were available and we chose to be outside considering the wonderful weather. Looking at the spread we decided to go slow. The lady serving us and another gentleman called Royal patronised us to the max. And we were spoilt for choices. They revealed that there were more items in the buffet spread which can be ordered which were not on display like various dosas and naan breads. The starters were extremely fresh and very well made. The veg starters were equally good like papdi chat. Honestly there were some.i had to give a miss ! Once done with starters, washed with a pint, the biryani was as authentic hyderabadi as it can can be. The fact that the tenderly cooked meat was coming off the bones pointed that it was very well cooked in a "dum". All of it was wrapped with the quintessential double Ka mitha and boy it was made really made with the best condensed milk and pistachios. Considering summer I would have loved some ice-cream as well :) In all it was a time well worth and spent. Lazy me wrote such a long review and you read through all of it .. thanks!
