I visited Ballucci with a friend and was extremely impressed.
Everything has been thoroughly thought through in exquisite detail, from the drinks and food to the decor. Even the lighting and music make this rare find very relaxing and homely.
Dewald and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as you enter the shop you are welcomed with a warm smile. Excellent customer service provided by all.
I would definately recommend this very elegant coffee shop.

Absolutely stunning coffee shop, very warm and welcoming and the decor is just gorgeous I could move in � Everything has had so much thought go into it. The tea comes out with this gorgeous pot and the mint hot chocolate is to die for. So smooth and not at all sickly like most hot chocolates I have had from other coffee shops. I can also recommend the bacon and avocado toasted baguette and the carrot cake, both were delicious. This was by far better then the local chains. Can't wait to go back soon. Well done to Dewald and team amazing work

Went in to Balluccis today for the first time and was blown away by the classy,trendy interior of the shop,I was greeted with a freindly face and i immediately felt welcome and at home there.The owner Dewald is very freindly and the cakes that i had was of a very high quality.Great to have you in Isleworth Dewald,Wish you all the best! Managed to get in for the first time. Having watched it take shape over the last couple of months, I've been so impressed with the concept and design execution - a balance of sophistication with cosiness. Add in friendly and efficient staff and great coffee (obviously!) and it already feels like a local institution - not bad after just a couple of weeks! I will be back... loads! ��

OMG! What a great Coffee Bar! Apart from serving delicious coffee and cake, the ambience is this place is amassing. Everything just fits in perfectly, from the decor, music, lighting and a friendly service. Only problem is, once you're there, you don't want to leave. I will most certainly be back!
Fantastic! Great staff, and the owner was very friendly. I'm very fussy about hot chocolate, but can safely say this was the best I've ever had!!! I look forward to returning often :)

Nice little coffee shop. The decor is very modern and almost quirky. Popular with locals. I see mum's with pushchairs and ppl with laptops working. And a couple hanging out. Outdoor seating too.
The place is dirty. Pieces of food and crumbs on the tables, chairs, sofas. Also the staff do not seem to take empty plates, cups after a client is leaving, ending up sitting and finding dirty plates, and pieces of food on tables and seats. The vibe and coffee was good but they would do much better with cleanness.

Cozy little coffee shop close to Isleworth station. A good selection of sandwiches, including some vegetarian ones. The cappuccino tastes just right, not too bitter and not too watery. Good selection of teas as well.
Popped in after dropping my son at school, got a breakfast tea pot for two and two croissants for nearly £10.
Quick service, nice atmosphere and fair prices.. will return
Nice coffee shop, slightly pricey but has a loyalty scheme so you get your 10th drink free. Lots of coffee and hot drink choices. Limited cake and sandwich options. Cosy and good to work from or sit outside in the sun.

I have been a regular at the Isleworth shop for years, visited the new Hounslow branch today with my niece and nephew (3 years old) for a birthday coffee! The coffee is as always, amazing, and the 2 young ladies who worked there called Anu & Megan were amazing with my niece and nephew, top coffee and top staff! Great job

This place is A-MA-ZING!! The Xmas decs., Relaxing Xmas music, atmosphere, coffees, cakes....best place for miles! Top quality coffee. My favourite place to chill! Highly recommend the flat whites, chai latte and mocha with hazelnut in! And pastries, brownies and muffins! Just brilliant!!!! Always friendly and welcoming too. My grand daughter loves the tree!!!!

ive been here quite a few times and the service is great, the people are very friendly and the manager is an absolute legend! would definitely recommend it also has a very calming atmosphere a great place to focus on any kind of work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
An absolute Gem of a coffee shop. Great coffee. Great prices. And if you’re a regular, a little Reward Card scheme as well. Few sandwiches made fresh daily, some bakery items but not much. If it’s coffee you’re after then definitely hit this spot up.
Found this fantastic independent coffee shop whilst our on my travels. From the friendly welcome on arrival.. to the excellent coffee and friendly service from Dewald and his staff. The interior is cozy and clean with bright fresh decor and attention to detail has gone into everything .... from the fresh plant on the tables to the lighting and the rustic design Tea Pots. Coffee was fantastic... they even have their own branded bags of Coffee on sale to enjoy at home. The array of fresh cakes and pastries to feast your eyes upon whilst you order your drinks.... the even offer Free Babycino.. Thought has gone into the finest of detail. My friend and I enjoyed our visit... we were made to feel most welcome and not rushed at anytime. I will be back as this is a great place to chill and unwind whilst charging your batteries with your favourite choice of beverage... I will be back and spreading the word of my find.
