Food has always been good only issue was rectified quickly recommended
2 friends of ours recommended this. Although our first delivery was misunderstood and made us phone them to have our orders delivered after waiting for more than an hour (because we ordered directly upon visiting the store, but since we were carrying a lot of bags, we had to ask for our orders to be delivered), I'd still give it 5 stars because of the taste and quantity of food they bring us everytime. The late order happened just one time and never happened again.

The BEST Chinese on the island. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, have ordered from here for years and I’ve NEVER had a bad meal.
This is the 5th time we have had a meal from No1 Wok and have not been disappointed yet. My wife and I, each, have different meals and every one has been hot and tasty. Ordering is simple (over the counter) and the service is quick, the girl at the counter even brings your order to you instead of calling out for you to collect your food. We will definitely be going here again, might even try and get through the entire menu....
Had a really good take away from here, we had a few people round so had quite a large order but they deliverd quickly, the food was hot, it was all there and they sent us a free egg fryed rice and a free bag of prawn crackers.
The best in Newport... The best Chinese on the island... The best Chinese in the world! And I've been to China! Absolutely love their vegetarian options I highly recommend the satay, smoked or salt and pepper they are all amazing. Look no further this really is the best Chinese on the island.
1wok has always been good for me, with excellent value for the price. The vegetarian options are very good, with vegetarian chicken being the more chewy option, and the vegetarian duck being the softer option. I prefer the vegetarian chicken and have it often.

There are a lot of Chinese takeaways in the Newport area and I have tried them all. In my opinion this is the best not just the food but the service to as well as the delivery to your door service (always hot) and you don't have to wait very long.
Nice little place, quick turnaround for food. Sweet and sour sauce was a bit runny but all good. Deffo go back at some point.
Food always piping hot. Have had longish waits but that's due to the company being so popular. Never go anywhere else now for Chinese takeaway! Fab!
