Love this chippy and recommend it to everyone. I've visited it for four years now, ever since I discovered their amazing Yorkshire fish cakes. This year, they may have some staffing problems as I had to wait 15 minutes despite not that many people being ahead of me; however, the wait was well worthwhile, and I'll be going back this week (probably more than once) before I leave. I just wish they were open more days, then I wouldn't have to wait until Thursday!
Great service from staff and proper decent Cod and chips, onion rings were fantastic too. Lovely place to eat.

The best fish and chips I've had for such a long time.
We went about 30 minutes before closing and it was all so fresh, piping hot and the fish was huge.
Was eat out only when we were there due to C-16.
Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Only been here a couple of times but both have been good eating. Lovely fresh cod, lots of fluffy chips. The restaurant looked clean and airy, no overcrowding I never used the restaurant so cannot comment on the service but the Staff were pleasant and efficient in the take away side so I wouldn't think they were worse in the restaurant. All in a 5* experience.
Excellent food & moderately priced.Fish freshly cooked to order.Very moist and tasty not dry like some other establishments.It's not always the quantity that counts-it's the quality and that's seems to mean a lot to the onwers of this take away-even though you still recieve ample portions.It was very worth the wait (just over 5mins.) for my food but you can also order in advance if you prefer.Excellent service from the staff too.Will definitely be back here when I'm next in the area.
Best fish and chips I've had on the Isle of Wight! Crispy chips, good portion sizes and fish (cod) was high quality and cooked to perfection. It's worth coming off the seafront to buy fish and chips here, it's only a few minutes walk, plus, you can sit in and eat in their restaurant.
Always great food from this place. Parking near can be tricky, but definitely worth the hassle.
Fantastic servie, even let us use their private garden to eat in. Excellent quality fish and the chips were perfectly cooked. Highly recommended
