Plenty of parking. Disability friendly. Outdoor and indoor seating. Dogs can sit outside. Food tasty and not a long wait, but I expect it will be busier in school holidays. Plenty to do nearby and lovely views of Weymouth and Chesil Bay. Clean and helpful staff. Cafe and icecream but restaurant upstairs I did not go in. Lots of walks to choose.

Spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Superb views of Chisel, Portland and Weymouth. Plenty of parking and just steps away from open walks around the top of the military battery. Street parking for camper vans (overnight street parking didnt seem to be a problem) and public loos close by too. Very quiet in mid November but worth a visit. A touch expensive (£12 for full bteakfast and latte would be good value at under £10). Pleasant young staff served me with a welcomed smile.

Brunch at The View! Sat outside, plenty of space between the tables (so the dogs didn't try and join everyone else!). Food was filling and tasty but the real winner is the view. You can sit inside and it doesn't take long for the food to arrive. It didn't seem too busy but there was a steady stream of people arriving. Parking is free at the front of the hotel, prices seem to be on a par with other places, the breakfast sandwiches did seem a little expensive when compared to the breakfasts though.

Popped in for lunch after visiting Portland Bill. Managed to get a window table to enjoy the view over Chesil Beach. Top marks for service after they made some substitutions to cater for food allergies. Despite there being only one person serving the food & drinks arrived promptly & staff were very friendly.

Came to the hotel last year and remembered the view. Had a lovely brunch sitting in the cafe and enjoyed the views. The food was great and the service was excellent. If you are in Weymouth, well worth a visit especially on a bright sunny day.

I came late afternoon so the manu was very limited. Unfortunately, I did not find any food that I liked to eat, but the coffee and ice cream were great. What farm do you have the ice cream from ? Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Big 👍 for that. It's just a bit of shame that the menu is such a limited afternoon, but I guess there is no that much need for it.

Apart from a minor mixup with our order we all enjoyed the food and the view. The hotel has been reserved for residents only so this Cafe is great for non-residents wanting to dine with a view.
